بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ فِيْهِ مَا يُرْضِيكَ
allāhumma innī as-aluka fīhi mā yur-ḍīk
O Allah, I ask You in this [month/day] for what pleases You
2
وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِمَّا يُؤْذِيكَ
wa-a`ūdhu bika mimmā yu-dhīk
And I seek refuge in You from what displeases You
3
وَأَسْأَلُكَ التَّوْفِيقَ فِيْهِ لِأَنْ أُطِيعَكَ وَلَا أَعْصِيَكَ
wa-as-alukat tawfīqa fīhi li-an uṭī`aka walā a`ṣiyak
And I ask You for success in it to obey You and not disobey You
4
يَا جَوَادَ السَّائِلِينَ
yā jawādas sā-ilīn
O Most Generous to those who ask
