بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ لَا تُؤَاخِذْنِيْ فِيْهِ بِالعَثَرَاتِ
allāhumma lā tu-ākhidhnī fīhi bil`atharāt
O Allah, do not hold me accountable in it for my stumbles
2
وَأَقِلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الخَطَايَا وَالْهَفَوَاتِ
wa-aqilnī fīhi minal khaṭāyā walhafawāt
And forgive me in it for my sins and mistakes
3
وَلَا تَجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ غَرَضًا لِلْبَلايَا وَالْآفَاتِ
walā taj`alnī fīhi gharaḍan lilbalāyā wal-āfāt
And do not make me in it a target for afflictions and calamities
4
بِعِزَّتِكَ يَا عِزَّ المُسْلِمِيْنَ
bi`izzatika yā `izzal muslimīn
By Your honor, O Honor of the Muslims
