بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ طَهِّرْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ وَالْاَقْذَارِ
allāhumma ṭahhir-nī fīhi minad danasi wal-aqdhār
O Allah, purify me in it (this month) from filth and impurities
2
وَصَبِّرْنِيْ فِيْهِ عَلٰى كَائِنَاتِ الْاَقْدَارِ
waṣabbir-nī fīhi `alā kā-inātil aqdār
And grant me patience in it over whatever is destined
3
وَوَفِّقْنِيْ فِيْهِ لِلتُّقَى وَصُحْبَةِ الْاَبْرَارِ
wawaffiqnī fīhi littuqā waṣuḥbatil abrār
And grant me success in it towards piety and the company of the righteous
4
بِعَوْنِكَ يَا قُرَّةَ عَيْنِ المَسَاكِينِ
bi`awnika yā qurrata `aynil masākīn
By Your assistance, O comfort of the eyes of the needy
