بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ فِيْهِ عَلَى صِيَامِهِ وَقِيَامِهِ
allāhumma a`innī fīhi `alā ṣiyāmihi waqiyāmih
O Allah, help me in this month with its fasting and its night prayers
2
وَجَنِّبْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنْ هَفَوَاتِهِ وَ آثَامِهِ
wajannibnī fīhi min hafawātihi wa āthāmih
And protect me in it from its errors and sins
3
وَارْزُقْنِيْ فِيْهِ ذِكْرَكَ بِدَوَامِهِ
war-zuqnī fīhi dhikraka bidawāmih
And grant me in it the ability to remember You continuously
4
بِتَوْفِيقِكَ يَا هَادِيَ المُضِلّينَ
bitawfīqika yā hādiyal muḍillin
By Your guidance, O Guide of those who have gone astray
