بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنَ المُسْتَغْفِرِينَ
allāhummaj`alnī fīhi minal mustaghfirīn
O Allah, make me in it (this day/month) among those who seek forgiveness
2
وَاجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِيْنَ القَانِتِينَ
waj`alnī fīhi min `ibādikaṣ ṣāliḥīnal qānitīn
And make me in it among Your righteous and devout servants
3
وَاجْعَلْنِيْ فِيْهِ مِنْ أَوْلِيَائِكَ المُقَرَّبِينَ
waj`alnī fīhi min awliyā-ikal muqarrabīn
And make me in it among Your close friends
4
بِرَأْفَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
bira-fatika yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
By Your kindness, O Most Merciful of the merciful ones
