بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صِيَامِيْ فِيْهِ صِيَامَ الصَّائِمِيْنَ
allāhummaj`al ṣiyāmī fīhi ṣiyāmaṣ ṣā-imīn
O Allah, make my fasting in this month the fasting of the truly fasting ones

وَقِيَامِيْ فِيْهِ قِيَامَ القَائِمِيْنَ
waqiyāmī fīhi qiyāmal qā-imīn
And my standing (in prayer) in it the standing of those who stand (in worship)
3
وَنَبِّهْنِيْ فِيْهِ عَنْ نَوْمَةِ الغَافِلِينَ
wanabbihnī fīhi `an nawmatil ghāfilīn
And awaken me in it from the slumber of the heedless ones
4
وَهَبْ لِيْ جُرْمِيْ فِيْهِ يَا إِلٰهَ العَالَمِيْنَ
wahab lī jur-mī fīhi yā ilāhal `ālamīn
And forgive my sins in it, O God of the worlds
5
وَاعْفُ عَنِّيْ يَا عَافِيًا عَنِ المُجْرِمِيْنَ
wa`fu `annī yā `āfiyan `anil mujrimīn
And pardon me, O Pardoner of the sinners
