1
اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكَ يَا وَلِيَّ اللَّهِ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
as salāmu `alayka yā waliyyallāhi waraḥmatullāhi wabarakātuh
Peace be upon you, O guardian of Allah, and may Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you

اَللَّهُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْهُ آخِرَ الْعَهْدِ
allāhumma lā taj`alhu-ākhiral `ahd
O Allah, do not make this the last time
3
مِنْ زِيَارَتِيْ ابْنَ نَبِيِّكَ وَحُجَّتَكَ عَلَى خَلْقِكَ
min ziyāratibna nabiyyika waḥujjataka `alā khalqik
of my visitation to the son of Your Prophet and Your proof upon Your creation
4
وَاجْمَعْنِيْ وَإِيَّاهُ فِيْ جَنَّتِكَ
wajma`nī wa-iyyāhu fī jannatik
And gather me with him in Your paradise
5
وَاحْشُرْنِيْ مَعَهُ وَفِيْ حِزْبِهِ
waḥshur-nī ma`ahu wafī ḥizbih
And resurrect me with him and among his party
6
مَعَ الشُّهَدَاءِ وَالصَّالِحِيْنَ
ma`ash shuhadā-i waṣ ṣāliḥīn
With the martyrs and the righteous
7
وَحَسُنَ أُلٰئِكَ رَفِيْقًا
waḥasuna ulā-ika rafīqā
And excellent are those as companions
8
وَاسْتَوْدِعُكَ اللَّهَ وَاسْتَرْعِيْكَ
wastawdi`ukallāha wastar-`īk
I entrust you to Allah and seek His protection for you
9
وَاقْرَا عَلَيْكَ السَّلَامَ
waqrā `alaykas salām
And I convey peace upon you
10
آمَنَّا بِاللَّهِ وَبِالرَّسُوْلِ
āmannā billāhi wabirrasūl
We believe in Allah and in the Messenger
11
وَبِمَا جِئْتَ بِهِ وَدَلَلْتَ عَلَيْهِ
wabimā ji-ta bihi wadalalta `alayh
And in what you have brought and guided towards
12
فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِيْنَ
faktubnā ma`ash shāhidīn
So record us among the witnesses
