بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَفْتَتِحُ الثَّنَاءَ بِحَمْدِكَ
allāhumma innī aftatiḥuth thanā-a biḥamdik
O Allah, I begin praising You with Your praise
2
وَأَنْتَ مُسَدِّدٌ لِلصَّوَابِ بِمَنِّكَ
wa-anta musaddidun liṣṣawābi bimannik
And You guide to that which is right by Your grace
3
وَأَيْقَنْتُ أَنَّكَ أَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
wa-ayqantu annaka anta ar-ḥamur rāḥimīn
And I am certain that You are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy
4
فِيْ مَوْضِعِ الْعَفْوِ وَالرَّحْمَةِ
fī mawḍi`il `afwi war raḥmah
In the position of pardon and mercy
5
وَأَشَدُّ الْمُعَاقِبِينَ
wa-ashaddul mu`āqibīn
And the Harshest of punishers
6
فِيْ مَوْضِعِ النَّكَالِ وَالنَّقِمَةِ
fī mawḍi`in nakāli wan naqimah
In the position of punishment and vengeance
7
وَأَعْظَمُ الْمُتَجَبِّرِينَ
wa-a`ẓamul mutajabbirīn
And the Greatest of those who display power
8
فِيْ مَوْضِعِ الْكِبْرِيَاءِ وَالْعَظَمَةِ
fī mawḍi`il kibriyā-i wal`aẓamah
In the position of pride and magnificence
9
اَللَّهُمَّ أَذِنْتَ لِيْ فِيْ دُعَائِكَ وَمَسْأَلَتِكَ
allāhumma adhinta lī fī du`ā-ika wamas-alatik
O Allah, You have permitted me to supplicate to You and ask of You
10
فَاسْمَعْ يَا سَمِيعُ مِدْحَتِي
fasma` yā samī`u mid-ḥatī
So hear, O All-Hearing, my praise
11
وَأَجِبْ يَا رَحِيمُ دَعْوَتِي
wa-ajib yā raḥīmu da`watī
And answer, O Merciful, my call
12
وَأَقِلْ يَا غَفُورُ عَثْرَتِي
wa-aqil yā ghafūru `athratī
And overlook, O Forgiving, my mistake
13
فَكَمْ يَا إِلٰهِيْ مِنْ كُرْبَةٍ قَدْ فَرَّجْتَهَا
fakam yā ilāhī min kur-batin qad farrajtahā
For how many, O my God, a worry You have relieved
14
وَهُمُومٍ قَدْ كَشَفْتَهَا
wahumūmin qad kashaftahā
And sorrows You have dispelled
15
وَعَثْرَةٍ قَدْ أَقَلْتَهَا
wa`athratin qad aqaltahā
And errors You have overlooked
16
وَرَحْمَةٍ قَدْ نَشَرْتَهَا
waraḥmatin qad nashar-tahā
And mercy You have spread
17
وَحَلْقَةِ بَلاءٍ قَدْ فَكَكْتَهَا
waḥalqati balā-in qad fakaktahā
And chains of hardship You have broken
18
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَمْ يَتَّخِذْ صَاحِبَةً وَلَا وَلَدًا
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī lam yattakhidh ṣāḥibatan walā waladā
All praise is for Allah who has not taken a wife or a son
19
وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ شَرِيكٌ فِيْ الْمُلْكِ
walam yakun lahu sharīkun fil mulk
And who has no partner in dominion
20
وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ وَلِيٌّ مِنَ الذُّلِّ
walam yakun lahu waliyyun minadh dhull
And who has no protector out of weakness
21
وَكَبِّرْهُ تَكْبِيرًا
wakabbir-hu takbīrā
And magnify Him with a great magnification
22
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ بِجَمِيْعِ مَحَامِدِهِ كُلِّهَا
al ḥamdu lillāhi bijamī`i maḥāmidihi kullihā
All praise is for Allah with all His praises
23
عَلَى جَمِيْعِ نِعَمِهِ كُلِّهَا
`alā jamī`i ni`amihi kullihā
For all His blessings
24
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَا مُضَادَّ لَهُ فِيْ مُلْكِهِ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī lā muḍādda lahu fī mulkih
All praise is for Allah who has no opponent in His kingdom
25
وَلَا مُنَازِعَ لَهُ فِيْ أَمْرِهِ
walā munāzi`a lahu fī amrih
And no challenger in His command
26
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ فِيْ خَلْقِهِ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī lā sharīka lahu fī khalqih
All praise is for Allah who has no partner in His creation
27
وَلَا شَبِيهَ لَهُ فِيْ عَظَمَتِهِ
walā shabīha lahu fī `aẓamatih
And no equal in His greatness
28
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الْفَاشِيْ فِيْ الْخَلْقِ أَمْرُهُ وَحَمْدُهُ
al ḥamdu lillāhil fāshī fil khalqi amruhu waḥamduh
All praise is for Allah whose command and praise pervade the creation
29
اَلظَّاهِرِ بِالْكَرَمِ مَجْدُهُ
aẓ ẓāhiri bil karami majduh
Whose glory is apparent through His generosity
30
اَلبَاسِطِ بِالْجُودِ يَدَهُ
al bāsiṭi bil jūdi yadah
Who extends His hand with bounty
31
اَلَّذِيْ لَا تَنْقُصُ خَزَائِنُهُ
al ladhī lā tanquṣu khazā-inuh
Whose treasuries never diminish
32
وَلَا تَزِيدُهُ كَثْرَةُ الْعَطَاءِ إِلَّا جُودًا وَكَرَمًا
walā tazīduhu kathratul `aṭā-i illā jūdan wakaramā
And excessive giving only increases His generosity and nobility
33
إِنَّهُ هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْوَهَّابُ
innahu huwal `azīzul wahhāb
Indeed, He is the Mighty, the Bestower
34
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ قَلِيْلًا مِنْ كَثِيرٍ
allāhumma innī as-aluka qalīlan min kathīr
O Allah, I ask You for a little from much
35
مَعَ حَاجَةٍ بِيْ إِلَيْهِ عَظِيمَةٍ
ma`a ḥājatin bī ilayhi `aẓīmah
While I am in great need of it
36
وَغِنَاكَ عَنْهُ قَدِيمٌ
waghināka `anhu qadīm
And You have always been independent of it
37
وَهُوَ عِنْدِيْ كَثِيرٌ
wahuwa `indī kathīr
While to me it is great
38
وَهُوَ عَلَيْكَ سَهْلٌ يَسِيرٌ
wahuwa `alayka sahlun yasīr
And to You it is easy and simple
39
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّ عَفْوَكَ عَنْ ذَنْبِي
allāhumma inna `afwaka `an dhanbī
O Allah, indeed Your forgiveness of my sin
40
وَتَجَاوُزَكَ عَنْ خَطِيئَتِي
watajāwuzaka `an khaṭī-atī
And Your overlooking my mistake
41
وَصَفْحَكَ عَنْ ظُلْمِي
waṣafḥaka `an ẓulmī
And Your pardoning my wrongdoing
42
وَسِتْرَكَ عَلَى قَبِيحِ عَمَلِي
wasitraka `alā qabīḥi `amalī
And Your concealing my ugly deeds
43
وَحِلْمَكَ عَنْ كَثِيرِ جُرْمِي
waḥilmaka `an kathīri jur-mī
And Your forbearance regarding my many crimes
44
عِنْدَ مَا كَانَ مِنْ خَطَإِيْ وَعَمْدِي
`inda mā kāna min khaṭa-ī wa`amdī
When I committed them by error or deliberately
45
أَطْمَعَنِيْ فِيْ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَا أَسْتَوْجِبُهُ مِنْكَ
aṭma`anī fī an as-alaka mā lā astawjibuhu mink
Has encouraged me to ask You for what I do not deserve from You
46
اَلَّذِيْ رَزَقْتَنِيْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ
al ladhī razaqtanī min raḥmatik
That which You have provided me from Your mercy
47
وَأَرَيْتَنِيْ مِنْ قُدْرَتِكَ
wa-araytanī min qudratik
And shown me from Your power
48
وَعَرَّفْتَنِيْ مِنْ إِجَابَتِكَ
wa`arraftanī min ijābatik
And made known to me from Your response
49
فَصِرْتُ أَدْعُوكَ آمِنًا
faṣir-tu ad`ūka-āminā
So I began to call upon You, feeling secure
50
وَأَسْأَلُكَ مُسْتَأْنِسًا
wa-as-aluka musta-nisā
And ask You, feeling familiar
51
لَا خَائِفًا وَلَا وَجِلًا
lā khā-ifan walā wajilā
Neither afraid nor fearful
52
مُدِلًّا عَلَيْكَ فِيمَا قَصَدْتُ فِيْهِ إِلَيْكَ
mudillan `alayka fīmā qaṣadtu fīhi ilayk
Relying on You in what I purpose from You
53
فَإِنْ أَبْطَأَ عَنِّيْ عَتَبْتُ بِجَهْلِيْ عَلَيْكَ
fa-in abṭa-a `annī `atabtu bijahlī `alayk
Then if there is a delay, I reproach You out of my ignorance
54
وَلَعَلَّ الَّذِيْ أَبْطَأَ عَنِّيْ هُوَ خَيْرٌ لِي
wala`allal ladhī abṭa-a `annī huwa khayrun lī
Yet perhaps what has been delayed for me is better for me
55
لِعِلْمِكَ بِعَاقِبَةِ الْاُمُوْرِ
li`ilmika bi`āqibatil umūr
Due to Your knowledge of the outcome of matters
56
فَلَمْ أَرَ مَوْلَىً كَرِيمًا
falam ara mawlan karīmā
So I have never seen a more generous master
57
أَصْبَرَ عَلَى عَبْدٍ لَئِيمٍ مِنْكَ عَلَيَّ
aṣbara `alā `abdin la-īmin minka `alayy
More patient with a worthless servant than You are with me
58
يَا رَبِّ إِنَّكَ تَدْعُونِيْ فَأُوَلِّيْ عَنْكَ
yā rabbi innaka tad`ūnī fa-uwallī `ank
O Lord, You call me and I turn away from You
59
وَتَتَحَبَّبُ إِلَيَّ فَأَتَبَغَّضُ إِلَيْكَ
watataḥabbabu ilayya fa-atabaghhaḍu ilayk
You show affection to me and I show dislike to You
60
وَتَتَوَدَّدُ إِلَيَّ فَلَا أَقْبَلُ مِنْكَ
watatawaddadu ilayya falā aqbalu mink
You express love to me but I do not accept from You
61
كَأَنَّ لِيَ التَّطَوُّلَ عَلَيْكَ
ka-anna liyat taṭawwula `alayk
As if I have a claim of benevolence upon You
62
فَلَمْ يَمْنَعْكَ ذٰلِكَ مِنَ الرَّحْمَةِ لِي
falam yamna`ka dhālika minar raḥmati lī
Yet this did not prevent You from having mercy on me
63
وَالْاِحْسَانِ إِلَيَّ
wal-iḥsāni ilayy
And being good to me
64
وَالتَّفَضُّلِ عَلَيَّ بِجُودِكَ وَكَرَمِكَ
wat tafaḍḍuli `alayya bijūdika wakaramik
And favoring me with Your generosity and nobility
65
فَارْحَمْ عَبْدَكَ الْجَاهِلَ
far-ḥam `abdakal jāhil
So have mercy on Your ignorant servant
66
وَجُدْ عَلَيْهِ بِفَضْلِ إِحْسَانِكَ
wajud `alayhi bifaḍli iḥsānik
And bestow upon him with the grace of Your goodness
67
إِنَّكَ جَوَادٌ كَرِيمٌ
innaka jawādun karīm
Indeed, You are Generous and Noble
68
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ مَالِكِ الْمُلْكِ
al ḥamdu lillāhi mālikil mulk
All praise is for Allah, Master of the kingdom
69
مُجْرِيْ الْفُلْكِ
mujril fulk
Controller of the ships
70
مُسَخِّرِ الرِّيَاحِ
musakhhirir riyāḥ
Subjugator of the winds
71
فَالِقِ الْاِصْبَاحِ
fāliqil iṣbāḥ
Cleaver of the dawn
72
دَيَّانِ الدِّينِ
dayyānid dīn
Judge of the Day of Judgment
73
رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
rabbil `ālamīn
Lord of the worlds
74
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى حِلْمِهِ بَعْدَ عِلْمِهِ
al ḥamdu lillāhi `alā ḥilmihi ba`da `ilmih
All praise is for Allah for His forbearance despite His knowledge
75
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى عَفْوِهِ بَعْدَ قُدْرَتِهِ
walḥamdu lillāhi `alā `afwihi ba`da qudratih
And praise is for Allah for His forgiveness despite His power
76
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى طُولِ أَنَاتِهِ فِيْ غَضَبِهِ
walḥamdu lillāhi `alā ṭūli anātihi fī ghaḍabih
And praise is for Allah for His patience in His anger
77
وَهُوَ قَادِرٌ عَلَى مَا يُرِيدُ
wahuwa qādirun `alā mā yurīd
Though He has the power to do as He wills
78
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ خَالِقِ الْخَلْقِ
al ḥamdu lillāhi khāliqil khalq
All praise is for Allah, Creator of creation
79
بَاسِطِ الرِّزْقِ
bāsiṭir rizq
Extender of sustenance
80
فَالِقِ الْاِصْبَاحِ
fāliqil iṣbāḥ
Cleaver of the dawn
81
ذِيْ الْجَلالِ وَالْاِكْرَامِ
dhil jalāli wal-ikrām
Possessor of Glory and Honor
82
وَالْفَضْلِ وَالْاِنْعَامِ
walfaḍli wal-in`ām
Grace and Blessing
83
اَلَّذِيْ بَعُدَ فَلَا يُرَىٰ
al ladhī ba`uda falā yurā
Who is so far that He cannot be seen
84
وَقَرُبَ فَشَهِدَ النَّجْوَىٰ
waqaruba fashahidan najwā
Yet so near that He witnesses all secret conversations
85
تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَىٰ
tabāraka wata`ālā
Blessed and Exalted is He
86
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَيْسَ لَهُ مُنَازِعٌ يُعَادِلُهُ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī laysa lahu munāzi`un yu`ādiluh
All praise is for Allah who has no rival to oppose Him
87
وَلَا شَبِيهٌ يُشَاكِلُهُ
walā shabīhun yushākiluh
No equal to resemble Him
88
وَلَا ظَهِيرٌ يُعَاضِدُهُ
walā ẓahīrun yu`āḍiduh
No helper to assist Him
89
قَهَرَ بِعِزَّتِهِ الْاَعِزَّاءَ
qahara bi`izzatihil a`izzā
He overpowered the mighty with His might
90
وَتَوَاضَعَ لِعَظَمَتِهِ الْعُظَمَاءُ
watawāḍa`a li`aẓamatihil `uẓamā
And the great humble themselves before His greatness
91
فَبَلَغَ بِقُدْرَتِهِ مَا يَشَاءُ
fabalagha biqudratihi mā yashā
So He accomplishes with His power whatever He wills
92
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ يُجِيبُنِيْ حِيْنَ أُنَادِيهِ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī yujībunī ḥīna unādīh
All praise is for Allah who answers me when I call Him
93
وَيَسْتُرُ عَلَيَّ كُلَّ عَوْرَةٍ وَأَنَا أَعْصِيهِ
wayasturu `alayya kulla `awratin wa-ana a`ṣīh
And conceals all my faults even as I disobey Him
94
وَيُعَظِّمُ النِّعْمَةَ عَلَيَّ فَلَا أُجَازِيهِ
wayu`aẓẓimun ni`mata `alayya falā ujāzīh
And increases His favors upon me when I do not repay Him
95
فَكَمْ مِنْ مَوْهِبَةٍ هَنِيئَةٍ قَدْ أَعْطَانِي
fakam min mawhibatin hanī-atin qad a`ṭānī
How many pleasant gifts He has given me
96
وَعَظِيمَةٍ مَخُوفَةٍ قَدْ كَفَانِي
wa`aẓīmatin makhūfatin qad kafānī
And great terrors He has saved me from
97
وَبَهْجَةٍ مُونِقَةٍ قَدْ أَرَانِي
wabahjatin mūniqatin qad arānī
And joyful delights He has shown me
98
فَأُثْنِيْ عَلَيْهِ حَامِدًا
fa-uthnī `alayhi ḥāmidā
So I praise Him with gratitude
99
وَأَذْكُرُهُ مُسَبِّحًا
wa-adhkuruhu musabbiḥā
And remember Him with glorification
100
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ لَا يُهْتَكُ حِجَابُهُ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī lā yuhtaku ḥijābuh
All praise is for Allah whose veil cannot be pierced
101
وَلَا يُغْلَقُ بَابُهُ
walā yughlaqu bābuh
Whose door is never closed
102
وَلَا يُرَدُّ سَائِلُهُ
walā yuraddu sā-iluh
Whose seeker is never rejected
103
وَلَا يُخَيَّبُ آمِلُهُ
walā yukhayyabu-āmiluh
Whose hopeful is never disappointed
104
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ يُؤْمِنُ الْخَائِفِينَ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī yu-minul khā-ifīn
All praise is for Allah who secures the frightened
105
وَيُنَجِّيْ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
wayunajjiṣ ṣāliḥīn
And saves the righteous
106
وَيَرْفَعُ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ
wayar-fa`ul mustaḍ`afīn
And raises the oppressed
107
وَيَضَعُ الْمُسْتَكْبِرِينَ
wayaḍa`ul mustakbirīn
And debases the arrogant
108
وَيُهْلِكُ مُلُوْكًا وَيَسْتَخْلِفُ آخَرِينَ
wayuhliku mulūkan wayastakhlifu-ākharīn
And destroys kings and replaces them with others
109
وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ قَاصِمِ الْجَبَّارِينَ
walḥamdu lillāhi qāṣimil jabbārīn
All praise is for Allah, Crusher of tyrants
110
مُبِيرِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
mubīriẓ ẓālimīn
Destroyer of the unjust
111
مُدْرِكِ الْهَارِبِينَ
mudrikil hāribīn
Overtaker of those who flee
112
نَكَالِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
nakāliẓ ẓālimīn
Punisher of oppressors
113
صَرِيخِ الْمُسْتَصْرِخِينَ
ṣarīkhil mustaṣrikhīn
Helper of those who cry for help
114
مَوْضِعِ حَاجَاتِ الطَّالِبِينَ
mawḍi`i ḥājātiṭ ṭālibīn
The place for the needs of the seekers
115
مُعْتَمَدِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
mu`tamadil mu-minīn
The reliance of the believers
116
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ مِنْ خَشْيَتِهِ تَرْعَدُ السَّمَاءُ وَسُكَّانُهَا
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī min khashyatihi tar-`adus samā-u wasukkānuhā
All praise is for Allah, from fear of whom the heaven and its inhabitants tremble
117
وَتَرْجُفُ الْاَرْضُ وَعُمَّارُهَا
watar-juful ar-ḍu wa`ummāruhā
And the earth and its dwellers shake
118
وَتَمُوجُ الْبِحَارُ وَمَنْ يَسْبَحُ فِيْ غَمَرَاتِهَا
watamūjul biḥāru waman yasbaḥu fī ghamarātihā
And the seas and those who swim in their depths surge
119
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ هَدَانَا لِهٰذَا
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī hadānā lihādhā
All praise is for Allah who has guided us to this
120
وَمَا كُنَّا لِنَهْتَدِيَ لَوْلَا أَنْ هَدَانَا اللَّهُ
wamā kunnā linahtadiya lawlā an hadānallāh
And we would not have been guided had Allah not guided us
121
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ يَخْلُقُ وَلَمْ يُخْلَقْ
al ḥamdu lillāhil ladhī yakhluqu walam yukhlaq
All praise is for Allah who creates but is not created
122
وَيَرْزُقُ وَلَا يُرْزَقُ
wayar-zuqu walā yur-zaq
Who provides but is not provided for
123
وَيُطْعِمُ وَلَا يُطْعَمُ
wayuṭ`imu walā yuṭ`am
Who feeds but is not fed
124
وَيُمِيتُ الْاَحْيَاءَ
wayumītul aḥyā
Who causes the living to die
125
وَيُحْيِيْ الْمَوْتَىٰ
wayuḥyil mawtā
And brings the dead to life
126
وَهُوَ حَيٌّ لَا يَمُوتُ
wahuwa ḥayyun lā yamūt
And He is the Living who never dies
127
بِيَدِهِ الْخَيْرُ
biyadihil khayr
In His hand is all good
128
وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
wahuwa `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
And He has power over all things
129
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِكَ وَرَسُولِكَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin `abdika warasūlik
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad, Your servant and messenger
130
وَأَمِينِكَ وَصَفِيِّكَ وَحَبِيبِكَ
wa-amīnika waṣafiyyika waḥabībik
And Your trustee and chosen one and Your beloved
131
وَخِيَرَتِكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
wakhiyaratika min khalqik
And the best of Your creation
132
وَحَافِظِ سِرِّكَ
waḥāfiẓi sirrik
And the guardian of Your secret
133
وَمُبَلِّغِ رِسَالَاتِكَ
wamuballighi risālātik
And the deliverer of Your messages
134
أَفْضَلَ وَأَحْسَنَ وَأَجْمَلَ
afḍala wa-aḥsana wa-ajmal
The most excellent, most beautiful, most elegant
135
وَأَكْمَلَ وَأَزْكَىٰ وَأَنْمَىٰ
wa-akmala wa-azkā wa-anmā
Most perfect, most pure, most prosperous
136
وَأَطْيَبَ وَأَطْهَرَ وَأَسْنَىٰ
wa-aṭyaba wa-aṭ-hara wa-asnā
Most pleasant, most clean, most sublime
137
وَأَكْثَرَ مَا صَلَّيْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ
wa-akthara mā ṣallayta wabārakt
And most abundant of the blessings You have bestowed
138
وَتَرَحَّمْتَ وَتَحَنَّنْتَ
wataraḥḥamta wataḥannant
And mercy and kindness You have shown
139
وَسَلَّمْتَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ عِبَادِكَ وَأَنْبِيَائِكَ
wasallamta `alā aḥadin min `ibādika wa-anbiyā-ik
And peace You have granted to any of Your servants, prophets
140
وَرُسُلِكَ وَصِفْوَتِكَ
warusulika waṣifwatik
Messengers and chosen ones
141
وَأَهْلِ الْكَرَامَةِ عَلَيْكَ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
wa-ahlil karāmati `alayka min khalqik
And those honored by You from Your creation
142
اَللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى عَلِيٍّ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
allāhumma waṣalli `alā `aliyyin amīril mu-minīn
O Allah, send blessings on Ali, the Commander of the Faithful
143
وَوَصِيِّ رَسُولِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
wawaṣiyyi rasūli rabbil `ālamīn
And the successor of the Messenger of the Lord of the Worlds
144
عَبْدِكَ وَوَلِيِّكَ وَأَخِيْ رَسُولِكَ
`abdika wawaliyyika wa-akhī rasūlik
Your servant and guardian and the brother of Your Messenger
145
وَحُجَّتِكَ عَلَى خَلْقِكَ
waḥujjatika `alā khalqik
And Your proof over Your creation
146
وَ آيَتِكَ الْكُبْرَىٰ
wa āyatikal kubrā
And Your greatest sign
147
وَالنَّبَإِ الْعَظِيمِ
wan naba-il `aẓīm
And the great news
148
وَصَلِّ عَلَى الصِّدِّيقَةِ الطَّاهِرَةِ
waṣalli `alaṣ ṣiddīqatiṭ ṭāhirah
And send blessings on the truthful, pure one
149
فَاطِمَةَ سَيِّدَةِ نِسَاءِ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
fāṭimata sayyidati nisā-il `ālamīn
Fatima, the leader of the women of the worlds
150
وَصَلِّ عَلَى سِبْطَيِ الرَّحْمَةِ
waṣalli `alā sibṭayir raḥmah
And send blessings on the two grandsons of Mercy
151
وَإِمَامَيِ الْهُدَىٰ
wa-imāmayil hudā
And the two Imams of guidance
152
اَلْحَسَنِ وَالْحُسَيْنِ
al ḥasani walḥusayn
Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn
153
سَيِّدَيْ شَبَابِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ
sayyiday shabābi ahlil jannah
The two leaders of the youth of Paradise
154
وَصَلِّ عَلَى أَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِيْنَ
waṣalli `alā a-immatil muslimīn
And send blessings on the Imams of the Muslims
155
عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ
`aliyyibnil ḥusayn
Ali ibn Al-Husayn
156
وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ
wamuḥammadibni `aliyy
And Muhammad ibn Ali
157
وَجَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ
waja`faribni muḥammad
And Ja'far ibn Muhammad
158
وَمُوْسَى بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ
wamūsabni ja`far
And Musa ibn Ja'far
159
وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُوْسَى
wa`aliyyibni mūsā
And Ali ibn Musa
160
وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ
wamuḥammadibni `aliyy
And Muhammad ibn Ali
161
وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ
wa`aliyyibni muḥammad
And Ali ibn Muhammad
162
وَالْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ
walḥasanibni `aliyy
And al-Hasan ibn Ali
163
وَالْخَلَفِ الْهَادِيْ الْمَهْدِيِّ
walkhalafil hādil mahdiyy
And the successor, the guide, the awaited one
164
حُجَجِكَ عَلَى عِبَادِكَ
ḥujajika `alā `ibādik
Your proofs over Your servants
165
وَأُمَنَائِكَ فِيْ بِلادِكَ
wa-umanā-ika fī bilādik
And Your trustees in Your lands
166
صَلاةً كَثِيرَةً دَائِمَةً
ṣalātan kathīratan dā-imah
Plentiful and continuous blessings
167
اَللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى وَلِيِّ أَمْرِكَ
allāhumma waṣalli `alā waliyyi amrik
O Allah, send blessings on the guardian of Your command
168
اَلْقَائِمِ الْمُؤَمَّلِ
al qā-imil mu-ammal
The one who will rise, the awaited one
169
وَالْعَدْلِ الْمُنْتَظَرِ
wal`adlil muntaẓar
And the expected justice
170
وَحُفَّهُ بِمَلَائِكَتِكَ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
waḥuffahu bimalā-ikatikal muqarrabīn
And surround him with Your favored angels
171
وَأَيِّدْهُ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ
wa-ayyid-hu birūḥil qudus
And support him with the Holy Spirit
172
يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
yā rabbal `ālamīn
O Lord of the Worlds
173
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ الدَّاعِيَ إِلَى كِتَابِكَ
allāhummaj`alhud dā`iya ilā kitābik
O Allah, make him the caller to Your Book
174
وَالْقَائِمَ بِدِينِكَ
walqā-ima bidīnik
And the establisher of Your religion
175
اِسْتَخْلِفْهُ فِيْ الْاَرْضِ
istakhlifhu fil ar-ḍ
Make him Your successor on earth
176
كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفْتَ الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ
kamastakhlaftal ladhīna min qablih
As You made those before him successors
177
مَكِّنْ لَهُ دِيْنَهُ الَّذِيْ ارْتَضَيْتَهُ لَهُ
makkin lahu dīnahul ladhir-taḍaytahu lah
Establish for him his religion which You have approved for him
178
أَبْدِلْهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِ أَمْنًا
abdilhu min ba`di khawfihi amnā
Change his fear into security
179
يَعْبُدُكَ لَا يُشْرِكُ بِكَ شَيْئًا
ya`buduka lā yushriku bika shay-ā
He will worship You and not associate anything with You
180
اَللَّهُمَّ أَعِزَّهُ وَأَعْزِزْ بِهِ
allāhumma a`izzahu wa-a`ziz bih
O Allah, honor him and be honored through him
181
وَانْصُرْهُ وَانْتَصِرْ بِهِ
wanṣur-hu wantaṣir bih
Help him and be helped through him
182
وَانْصُرْهُ نَصْرًا عَزِيزًا
wanṣur-hu naṣran `azīzā
And help him with a mighty help
183
وَافْتَحْ لَهُ فَتْحًا يَسِيرًا
waftaḥ lahu fat-ḥan yasīrā
And grant him an easy victory
184
وَاجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ لَدُنْكَ سُلْطَانًا نَصِيرًا
waj`al lahu min ladunka sulṭānan naṣīrā
And provide him from Yourself with a supporting authority
185
اَللَّهُمَّ أَظْهِرْ بِهِ دِيْنَكَ وَسُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكَ
allāhumma aẓhir bihi dīnaka wasunnata nabiyyik
O Allah, manifest through him Your religion and the way of Your Prophet
186
حَتَّىٰ لَا يَسْتَخْفِيَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنَ الْحَقِّ
ḥattā lā yastakhfiya bishay-in minal ḥaqq
Until nothing of the truth remains hidden
187
مَخَافَةَ أَحَدٍ مِنَ الْخَلْقِ
makhāfata aḥadin minal khalq
Out of fear of any of the creation
188
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَرْغَبُ إِلَيْكَ فِيْ دَوْلَةٍ كَرِيمَةٍ
allāhumma innā nar-ghabu ilayka fī dawlatin karīmah
O Allah, we ask You for a noble government
189
تُعِزُّ بِهَا الْاِسْلاَمَ وَأَهْلَهُ
tu`izzu bihal islāma wa-ahlah
Through which You honor Islam and its followers
190
وَتُذِلُّ بِهَا النِّفَاقَ وَأَهْلَهُ
watudhillu bihan nifāqa wa-ahlah
And humiliate hypocrisy and its adherents
191
وَتَجْعَلُنَا فِيهَا مِنَ الدُّعَاةِ إِلَى طَاعَتِكَ
wataj`alunā fīhā minad du`āti ilā ṭā`atik
And make us in it among those who invite to Your obedience
192
وَالْقَادَةِ إِلَى سَبِيلِكَ
walqādati ilā sabīlik
And leaders to Your path
193
وَتَرْزُقُنَا بِهَا كَرَامَةَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ
watar-zuqunā bihā karāmatad dunyā wal-ākhirah
And grant us through it the honor of this world and the Hereafter
194
اَللَّهُمَّ مَا عَرَّفْتَنَا مِنَ الْحَقِّ فَحَمِّلْنَاهُ
allāhumma mā `arraftanā minal ḥaqqi faḥammilnāh
O Allah, what You have made known to us of the truth, help us bear it
195
وَمَا قَصُرْنَا عَنْهُ فَبَلِّغْنَاهُ
wamā qaṣur-nā `anhu faballighnāh
And what we fall short of, help us attain it
196
اَللَّهُمَّ الْمُمْ بِهِ شَعَثَنَا
allāhummal mum bihi sha`athanā
O Allah, through him, bring together our disunity
197
وَاشْعَبْ بِهِ صَدْعَنَا
wash`ab bihi ṣad`anā
And mend our divisions
198
وَارْتُقْ بِهِ فَتْقَنَا
war-tuq bihi fatqanā
And repair our rifts
199
وَكَثِّرْ بِهِ قِلَّتَنَا
wakathhir bihi qillatanā
And multiply our small numbers
200
وَأَعْزِزْ بِهِ ذِلَّتَنَا
wa-a`ziz bihi dhillatanā
And strengthen us after our humiliation
201
وَأَغْنِ بِهِ عَائِلَنَا
wa-aghni bihi `ā-ilanā
And enrich our poverty
202
وَاقْضِ بِهِ عَنْ مُغْرَمِنَا
waqḍi bihi `an mughraminā
And lift our debts
203
وَاجْبُرْ بِهِ فَقْرَنَا
wajbur bihi faqranā
And relieve our distress
204
وَسُدَّ بِهِ خَلَّتَنَا
wasudda bihi khallatanā
And fill our gaps
205
وَيَسِّرْ بِهِ عُسْرَنَا
wayassir bihi `usranā
And ease our difficulties
206
وَبَيِّضْ بِهِ وُجُوهَنَا
wabayyiḍ bihi wujūhanā
And brighten our faces
207
وَفُكَّ بِهِ أَسْرَنَا
wafukka bihi asranā
And free our captives
208
وَأَنْجِحْ بِهِ طَلِبَتَنَا
wa-anjiḥ bihi ṭalibatanā
And grant success to our requests
209
وَأَنْجِزْ بِهِ مَوَاعِيدَنَا
wa-anjiz bihi mawā`īdanā
And fulfill our promises
210
وَاسْتَجِبْ بِهِ دَعْوَتَنَا
wastajib bihi da`watanā
And answer our prayers
211
وَأَعْطِنَا بِهِ سُؤْلَنَا
wa-a`ṭinā bihi su-lanā
And grant us our wishes
212
وَبَلِّغْنَا بِهِ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْاٰخِرَةِ آمَالَنَا
waballighnā bihi minad dunyā wal-ākhirati-āmālanā
And let us attain our hopes in this world and the Hereafter
213
وَأَعْطِنَا بِهِ فَوْقَ رَغْبَتِنَا
wa-a`ṭinā bihi fawqa raghbatinā
And give us more than we desire
214
يَا خَيْرَ الْمَسْؤُولِينَ
yā khayral mas-ūlīn
O Best of those who are asked
215
وَأَوْسَعَ الْمُعْطِينَ
wa-awsa`al mu`ṭīn
And Most Generous of givers
216
اِشْفِ بِهِ صُدُورَنَا
ishfi bihi ṣudūranā
Through him, heal our hearts
217
وَأَذْهِبْ بِهِ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِنَا
wa-adh-hib bihi ghayẓa qulūbinā
And remove the rage from our hearts
218
وَاهْدِنَا بِهِ لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيْهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ
wahdinā bihi limakhtulifa fīhi minal ḥaqqi bi-idhnik
Guide us through him to the truth in matters where there are differences, by Your permission
219
إِنَّكَ تَهْدِيْ مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
innaka tahdī man tashā-u ilā ṣirāṭin mustaqīm
Indeed, You guide whom You will to a straight path
220
وَانْصُرْنَا بِهِ عَلَى عَدُوِّكَ وَعَدُوِّنَا
wanṣur-nā bihi `alā `aduwwika wa`aduwwinā
And help us through him against Your enemy and our enemy
221
إِلٰهَ الْحَقِّ آمِيْنَ
ilāhal ḥaqqi-āmīn
O God of Truth, accept our prayer
222
اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَشْكُوْ إِلَيْكَ
allāhumma innā nashkū ilayk
O Allah, we complain to You
223
فَقْدَ نَبِيِّنَا صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
faqda nabiyyinā ṣalawātuka `alayhi wa ālih
About the absence of our Prophet, Your blessings be upon him and his family
224
وَغَيْبَةَ وَلِيِّنَا
waghaybata waliyyinā
And the occultation of our guardian
225
وَكَثْرَةَ عَدُوِّنَا
wakathrata `aduwwinā
And the abundance of our enemies
226
وَقِلَّةَ عَدَدِنَا
waqillata `adadinā
And the fewness of our numbers
227
وَشِدَّةَ الْفِتَنِ بِنَا
washiddatal fitani binā
And the severity of trials upon us
228
وَتَظَاهُرَ الزَّمَانِ عَلَيْنَا
wataẓāhuraz zamāni `alaynā
And the turning of time against us
229
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa ālih
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
230
وَأَعِنَّا عَلَى ذٰلِكَ بِفَتْحٍ مِنْكَ تُعَجِّلُهُ
wa-a`innā `alā dhālika bifat-ḥin minka tu`ajjiluh
And help us in this with a victory from You that You hasten
231
وَبِضُرٍّ تَكْشِفُهُ
wabiḍurrin takshifuh
And with relief that You provide
232
وَنَصْرٍ تُعِزُّهُ
wanaṣrin tu`izzuh
And with aid that You strengthen
233
وَسُلْطَانِ حَقٍّ تُظْهِرُهُ
wasulṭāni ḥaqqin tuẓhiruh
And with the authority of truth that You manifest
234
وَرَحْمَةٍ مِنْكَ تُجَلِّلُنَاهَا
waraḥmatin minka tujallilunāhā
And with mercy from You that You encompass us with
235
وَعَافِيَةٍ مِنْكَ تُلْبِسُنَاهَا
wa`āfiyatin minka tulbisunāhā
And with well-being from You that You clothe us in
236
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
biraḥmatika yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful
