بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِيْ جَعَلَ الْمَاءَ طَهُوْرًا وَلَمْ يَجْعَلْهُ نَجِسًا
bismillāhi walḥamdu lillāhil ladhī ja`alal mā-a ṭahūran walam yaj`alhu najisā
In the name of Allah and all praise is due to Allah who made water purifying and did not make it impure
