وَاَبْقَى فِيْ جَسَدِيْ قُوَّتَهُ wa-abqā fī jasadī quwwatah And preserved strength in my body

وَاَخْرَجَ عَنِّيْ اَذَاهُ wa-akhraja `annī adhāh And removed from me its harm

يَا لَهَا نِعْمَةً yā lahā ni`mah What a blessing it is
