1
اَللَّهُمَّ اِنَّ هٰذَا عَبْدُكَ وَابْنُ عَبْدِكَ وَابْنُ اَمَتِكَ
allāhumma inna hādhā `abduka wabnu `abdika wabnu amatik
O Allah! This is Your servant, the son of Your servant, and the son of Your maidservant
2
نَزَلَ بِكَ وَ اَنْتَ خَيْرُ مَنْزُوْلٍ بِهِ
nazala bika wa anta khayru manzūlin bih
He has come to You, and You are the best One to whom one can come
3
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنَّ لَا نَعْلَمُ مِنْهُ اِلَّا خَيْرًا
allāhumma inna lā na`lamu minhu illā khayrā
O Allah! We know nothing but good about him
4
وَ اَنْتَ اَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنَّا
wa anta a`lamu bihi minnā
And You know more about him than we do
5
اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَ مُحْسِنًا فَزِدْفِىْ اِحْسَانِهِ
allāhumma in kāna muḥsinan fazidfī iḥsānih
O Allah! If he was a doer of good, then increase his good deeds
6
وَ اِنْ كَانَ مُسِيْئًا وَ مُذْنِبًا
wa in kāna musī-an wa mudhnibā
And if he was a wrongdoer and a sinner
7
فَتَجَاوَزْ عَنْ سَيِّئَاتِهِ
fatajāwaz `an sayyi-ātih
Then overlook his misdeeds
8
وَ احْشُرْهُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ وَ الْاَئِمَّةِ الطَّيِّبِيْنَ الطَّاهِرِيْنَ
waḥshur-hu ma`an nabiyyi wal a-immatiṭ ṭayyibīnaṭ ṭāhirīn
And resurrect him with the Prophet and the pure, purified Imams
