اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَفَاتِحِ الْغَيْبِ
allāhumma innī as-aluka bimafātiḥil ghayb
O Allah, I beseech You in the name of the Keys of the Invisible [world]

اَلَّتِيْ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا إِلَّا أَنْتَ
al latī lā ya`lamuhā illā ant
that none knows save You;
3
أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ وَ أَنْ
an tuṣalliya `alā muḥammadin wa-ālihi wa an
[please] send blessings to Muhammad and his Household and...
4
اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ وَلِيُّ نِعْمَتِي
allāhumma anta waliyyu ni`matī
O Allah, You are the source of the graces that I have,
5
وَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى طَلِبَتِي
wal qādiru `alā ṭalibatī
You have the power to respond to my request,
6
تَعْلَمُ حَاجَتِي
ta`lamu ḥājatī
and You know my needs;
7
فَأَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
fa-as-aluka biḥaqqi muḥammadin wa-ālih
I therefore beseech You in the name of Muhammad and his Household,
8
عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلامُ
`alayhi wa `alayhimus salām
peace be upon him and them,
9
لَمَّا قَضَيْتَهَا لِي
lammā qaḍaytahā lī
to grant me my needs.
