In the first rak'ah after Sura al Fatiha, recite 1000 times Sura al Ikhlas [or 100 or 10 if 1000 is not possible]
In the second rak'ah recite Sura al Ikhlas once after Sura Al Fatiha
After completed the prayer, go into sajdah and say:

أَتُوْبُ إِلَى اللَّهِ
atūbu ilallāh
I turn to Allah in repentance
2
بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
3
يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالْجُوْدِ
yā dhal manni waljūd
O Possessor of Favor and Generosity
4
يَا ذَا الْمَنِّ وَالطَّوْلِ
yā dhal manni waṭ ṭawl
O Possessor of Favor and Power
5
يَا مُصْطَفِيَ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
yā muṣṭafiya muḥammadin ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālih
O the One who chose Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family
6
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa ālih
Send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
