بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
1
اَللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ اَللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
allāhu akbaru allāhu akbar
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest
2
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
lā ilāha illallāh
There is no god but Allah
3
وَاللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ اَللَّهُ اَكْبَرُ
wallāhu akbaru allāhu akbar
And Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest
4
وَلِلَّهِ الْحَمْدُ
walillāhil ḥamd
And to Allah belongs all praise
5
اَلْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ عَلَى مَا هَدَانَا
al ḥamdu lillāhi `alā mā hadānā
All praise be to Allah for guiding us
6
وَلَهُ الشُّكْرُ عَلَى مَا اَوْلاَنَا
walahush shukru `alā mā awlānā
And thanks be to Him for what He has bestowed upon us
