بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family
2
وَأَلْبِسْنِيْ عَافِيَتَكَ، وَ جَلِّلْنِيْ عَافِيَتَكَ
wa-albisnī `āfiyatak, wa jallilnī `āfiyatak
And clothe me with Your well-being, and cover me with Your well-being
3
وَ حَصِّنِّيْ بِعَافِيَتِكَ، وَ أَكْرِمْنِيْ بِعَافِيَتِكَ
wa ḥaṣṣinnī bi`āfiyatik, wa akrimnī bi`āfiyatik
And protect me with Your well-being, and honor me with Your well-being
4
وَ أَغْنِنِيْ بِعَافِيَتِكَ، وَ تَصَدَّقْ عَلَيَّ بِعَافِيَتِكَ
wa aghninī bi`āfiyatik, wa taṣaddaq `alayya bi`āfiyatik
And enrich me with Your well-being, and bestow upon me Your well-being
5
وَ هَبْ لِيْ عَافِيَتَكَ وَ أَفْرِشْنِيْ عَافِيَتَكَ
wa hab lī `āfiyataka wa afrishnī `āfiyatak
And grant me Your well-being, and spread for me Your well-being
6
وَ أَصْلِحْ لِيْ عَافِيَتَكَ، وَ لَا تُفَرِّقْ بَيْنِيْ وَ بَيْنَ عَافِيَتِكَ
wa aṣliḥ lī `āfiyatak, wa lā tufarriq baynī wa bayna `āfiyatik
And set right for me Your well-being, and do not separate between me and Your well-being
7
فِيْ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ
fid dunyā wal-ākhirah
In this world and the hereafter
8
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family
9
وَ عَافِنِيْ عَافِيَةً كَافِيَةً شَافِيَةً عَالِيَةً نَامِيَةً
wa `āfinī `āfiyatan kāfiyatan shāfiyatan `āliyatan nāmiyah
And grant me well-being, sufficient, healing, elevated, and growing
10
عَافِيَةً تُوَلِّدُ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ الْعَافِيَةَ
`āfiyatan tuwallidu fī badanil `āfiyah
Well-being that generates in my body well-being
11
عَافِيَةَ الدُّنْيَا وَ الْآخِرَةِ
`āfiyatad dunyā wal-ākhirah
Well-being in this world and the hereafter
12
وَ امْنُنْ عَلَيَّ بِالصِّحَّةِ وَ الْأَمْنِ وَ السَّلَامَةِ فِيْ دِينِيْ وَ بَدَنِي
wamnun `alayya biṣṣiḥḥati wal amni was salāmati fī dīnī wa badanī
And bestow upon me health, security, and safety in my religion and my body
13
وَ الْبَصِيرَةِ فِيْ قَلْبِيْ، وَ النَّفَاذِ فِيْ أُمُورِيْ، وَ الْخَشْيَةِ لَكَ
wal baṣīrati fī qalbī, wan nafādhi fī umūrī, wal khashyati lak
And insight in my heart, and effectiveness in my affairs, and fear of You
14
وَ الْخَوْفِ مِنْكَ، وَ الْقُوَّةِ عَلَى مَا أَمَرْتَنِيْ بِهِ مِنْ طَاعَتِكَ
wal khawfi mink, wal quwwati `alā mā amar-tanī bihi min ṭā`atik
And dread of You, and strength to fulfill what You have commanded me of Your obedience
15
وَ الِاجْتِنَابِ لِمَا نَهَيْتَنِيْ عَنْهُ مِنْ مَعْصِيَتِكَ
wal ijtinābi limā nahaytanī `anhu min ma`ṣiyatik
And to avoid what You have forbidden me of Your disobedience
16
اَللَّهُمَّ وَ امْنُنْ عَلَيَّ بِالْحَجِّ وَ الْعُمْرَةِ
allāhumma wamnun `alayya bil ḥajji wal `umrah
O Allah, bestow upon me the Hajj and Umrah
17
وَ زِيَارَةِ قَبْرِ رَسُولِكَ، صَلَوَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ
wa ziyārati qabri rasūlik, ṣalawātuka `alayh
And visitation to the grave of Your Messenger, Your blessings upon him
18
وَ رَحْمَتُكَ وَ بَرَكَاتُكَ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَى آلِهِ
wa raḥmatuka wa barakātuka `alayhi wa `alā-ālih
And Your mercy and Your blessings upon him and upon his family
19
وَ آلِ رَسُولِكَ عَلَيْهِمُ السَّلَامُ أَبَدًا مَا أَبْقَيْتَنِي
wa-āli rasūlika `alayhimus salāmu abadan mā abqaytanī
And the family of Your Messenger, peace be upon them, forever, as long as You keep me alive
20
فِيْ عَامِيْ هَذَا وَ فِيْ كُلِّ عَامٍ
fī `āmī hadhā wa fī kulli `ām
In this year of mine and in every year
21
وَ اجْعَلْ ذٰلِكَ مَقْبُولًا مَشْكُورًا، مَذْكُورًا لَدَيْكَ
waj`al dhālika maqbūlan mashkūrā, madhkūran ladayk
And make that accepted, appreciated, remembered by You
22
مَذْخُورًا عِنْدَكَ
madhkhūran `indak
Treasured with You
23
وَ أَنْطِقْ بِحَمْدِكَ وَ شُكْرِكَ وَ ذِكْرِكَ وَ حُسْنِ الثَّنَاءِ عَلَيْكَ لِسَانِي
wa anṭiq biḥamdika wa shukrika wa dhikrika wa ḥusnith thanā-i `alayka lisānī
And make my tongue speak with Your praise, Your thanks, Your remembrance, and beautiful commendation of You
24
وَ اشْرَحْ لِمَرَاشِدِ دِينِكَ قَلْبِي
washraḥ limarāshidi dīnika qalbī
And open my heart to the guidance of Your religion
25
وَ أَعِذْنِيْ وَ ذُرِّيَّتِيْ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ
wa a`idhnī wa dhurriyyatī minash shayṭānir rajīm
And protect me and my offspring from the accursed Satan
26
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ السَّامَّةِ وَ الْهَامَّةِ و الْعَامَّةِ وَ اللَّامَّةِ
wa min sharris sāmmati wal hāmmati wul `āmmati wal lāmmah
And from the evil of the poisonous, the vermin, the common evil and the touching evil
27
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ مَرِيدٍ
wa min sharri kulli shayṭānin marīd
And from the evil of every rebellious devil
28
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ سُلْطَانٍ عَنِيدٍ
wa min sharri kulli sulṭānin `anīd
And from the evil of every obstinate ruler
29
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ مُتْرَفٍ حَفِيدٍ
wa min sharri kulli mutrafin ḥafīd
And from the evil of every pampered one and his descendants
30
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ ضَعِيفٍ وَ شَدِيدٍ
wa min sharri kulli ḍa`īfin wa shadīd
And from the evil of every weak and strong one
31
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ شَرِيفٍ وَ وَضِيعٍ
wa min sharri kulli sharīfin wa waḍī`
And from the evil of every noble and ignoble one
32
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ صَغِيرٍ وَ كَبِيرٍ
wa min sharri kulli ṣaghīrin wa kabīr
And from the evil of every small and great one
33
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ قَرِيبٍ وَ بَعِيدٍ
wa min sharri kulli qarībin wa ba`īd
And from the evil of every near and distant one
34
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ مَنْ نَصَبَ لِرَسُولِكَ وَ لِأَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ حَرْبًا مِنَ الْجِنِّ وَ الْإِنْسِ
wa min sharri kulli man naṣaba lirasūlika wa li-ahli baytihi ḥar-ban minal jinni wal ins
And from the evil of everyone who has waged war against Your Messenger and his household from among the jinn and humans
35
وَ مِنْ شَرِّ كُلِّ دَابَّةٍ أَنْتَ آخِذٌ بِنَاصِيَتِهَا
wa min sharri kulli dābbatin anta-ākhidhun bināṣiyatihā
And from the evil of every creature that You hold by its forelock
36
إِنَّكَ عَلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
innaka `alā ṣirāṭin mustaqīm
Indeed, You are on a straight path
37
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa-ālih
O Allah, bless Muhammad and his family
38
وَ مَنْ أَرَادَنِيْ بِسُوءٍ فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّيْ، وَ ادْحَرْ عَنِّيْ مَكْرَهُ
wa man arādanī bisū-in faṣrifhu `annī, wad-ḥar `annī makrah
And whoever intends evil for me, turn him away from me, and repel his plot from me
39
وَ ادْرَأْ عَنِّيْ شَرَّهُ، وَ رُدَّ كَيْدَهُ فِيْ نَحْرِهِ
wadra-`annī sharrah, wa rudda kaydahu fī naḥrih
And avert his evil from me, and return his scheme to his own throat
40
وَ اجْعَلْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ سُدًّا حَتَّى تُعْمِيَ عَنِّيْ بَصَرَهُ
waj`al bayna yadayhi suddan ḥattā tu`miya `annī baṣarah
And place before him a barrier until You blind his sight from me
41
وَ تُصِمَّ عَنْ ذِكْرِيْ سَمْعَهُ، وَ تُقْفِلَ دُوْنَ إِخْطَارِيْ قَلْبَهُ
wa tuṣimma `an dhikrī sam`ah, wa tuqfila dūna ikhṭārī qalbah
And deafen his hearing from my mention, and lock his heart from thinking of me
42
وَ تُخْرِسَ عَنِّيْ لِسَانَهُ، وَ تَقْمَعَ رَأْسَهُ
wa tukhrisa `annī lisānah, wa taqma`a ra-sah
And silence his tongue from me, and subdue his head
43
وَ تُذِلَّ عِزَّهُ، وَ تَكْسِرَ جَبَرُوتَهُ
wa tudhilla `izzah, wa taksira jabarūtah
And humiliate his honor, and break his tyranny
44
وَ تُذِلَّ رَقَبَتَهُ، وَ تَفْسَخَ كِبْرَهُ
wa tudhilla raqabatah, wa tafsakha kibrah
And humble his neck, and remove his arrogance
45
وَ تُؤْمِنَنِيْ مِنْ جَمِيْعِ ضَرِّهِ
wa tu-minanī min jamī`i ḍarrih
And protect me from all his harm
46
وَ شَرِّهِ وَ غَمْزِهِ وَ هَمْزِهِ وَ لَمْزِهِ وَ حَسَدِهِ
wa sharrihi wa ghamzihi wa hamzihi wa lamzihi wa ḥasadih
And his evil, his winking, his whispering, his slander, and his envy
47
وَ عَدَاوَتِهِ وَ حَبَائِلِهِ وَ مَصَايِدِهِ وَ رَجِلِهِ وَ خَيْلِهِ
wa `adāwatihi wa ḥabā-ilihi wa maṣāyidihi wa rajilihi wa khaylih
And his enmity, his snares, his traps, his foot-soldiers, and his horsemen
48
إِنَّكَ عَزِيزٌ قَدِيرٌ
innaka `azīzun qadīr
Indeed, You are Mighty, Powerful
