بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
1
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ
allāhumma innī as-aluk
O Allah, indeed I ask You
2
يَا مَنْ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ إِلَيَّ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيدِ
yā man huwa aqrabu ilayya min ḥablil warīd
O You who are closer to me than my jugular vein
3
يَا مَنْ يَحُولُ بَيْنَ الْمَرْءِ وَقَلْبِهِ
yā man yaḥūlu baynal mar-i waqalbih
O You who intervene between a person and their heart
4
يَا مَنْ هُوَ بِالْمَنْظَرِ الْأَعْلٰى وَبِالْأُفُقِ الْمُبِينِ
yā man huwa bil manẓaril a`lā wabil ufuqil mubīn
O You who are at the highest viewpoint and the clear horizon
5
يَا مَنْ هُوَ الرَّحْمٰنُ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ اسْتَوٰى
yā man huwar raḥmānu `alal `ar-shistawā
O You who are the Most Merciful, established on the Throne
6
يَا مَنْ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ
yā man laysa kamithlihi shay
O You who has nothing similar to Him
7
وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
wahuwas samī`ul baṣīr
And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Seeing
8
أَسْأَلُكَ أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلٰى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
as-aluka an tuṣalliya `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
I ask You to send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
