بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
اَللّٰهُمَّ يَا شَاهِدَ كُلِّ نَجْوٰى
allāhumma yā shāhida kulli najwā
O Allah, O Witness of every secret conversation
2
وَمَوْضِعَ كُلِّ شَكْوٰى
wamawḍi`a kulli shakwā
And the place of every complaint
3
وَعَالِمَ كُلِّ خَفِيَّةٍ
wa`ālima kulli khafiyyah
And Knower of every hidden thing
4
وَمُنْتَهىٰ كُلِّ حَاجَةٍ
wamuntahā kulli ḥājah
And the final destination of every need
5
يَا مُبْتَدِئًا بِالنِّعَمِ عَلَى الْعِبَادِ
yā mubtadi-an binni`ami `alal `ibād
O Initiator of blessings upon Your servants
6
يَا كَرِيمَ الْعَفْوِ
yā karīmal `afw
O Generous in forgiveness
7
يَا حَسَنَ التَّجَاوُزِ
yā ḥasanat tajāwuz
O Best in overlooking
8
يَا جَوَادُ
yā jawād
O Most Generous
9
يَا مَنْ لَايُوَارِيْ مِنْهُ لَيْلٌ دَاجٍ
yā man lāyuwārī minhu laylun dāj
O One from whom the dark night cannot conceal
10
وَلَا بَحْرٌ عَجَّاجٌ
walā baḥrun `ajjāj
Nor the tumultuous sea
11
وَلَا سَمَاءٌ ذَاتُ أَبْرَاجٍ
walā samā-un dhātu abrāj
Nor the sky with its constellations
12
وَلَا ظُلَمٌ ذَاتُ ارْتِتَاجٍ
walā ẓulamun dhātur-titāj
Nor the darkness with its layers
13
يَا مَنِ الظُّلْمَةُ عِنْدَهُ ضِيَاءٌ
yā maniẓ ẓulmatu `indahu ḍiyā
O One for whom darkness is light
14
أَسْأَلُكَ بِنُوْرِ وَجْهِكَ الْكَرِيمِ
as-aluka binūri wajhikal karīm
I ask You by the light of Your noble face
15
اَلَّذِيْ تَجَلَّيْتَ بِهِ لِلْجَبَلِ فَجَعَلْتَهُ دَكًّا
al ladhī tajallayta bihi liljabali faja`altahu dakkā
With which You manifested to the mountain, turning it to dust
16
وَخَرَّ مُوسٰى صَعِقًا
wakharra mūsā ṣa`iqā
And Moses fell down unconscious
17
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ رَفَعْتَ بِهِ السَّمَاوَاتِ بِلَا عَمَدٍ
wabismikal ladhī rafa`ta bihis samāwāti bilā `amad
And by Your name with which You raised the heavens without pillars
18
وَسَطَحْتَ بِهِ الْأَرْضَ عَلَى وَجْهِ مَاءٍ جَمَدٍ
wasaṭaḥta bihil ar-ḍa `alā wajhi mā-in jamad
And spread the earth upon the surface of frozen water
19
وَبِاسْمِكَ الْمَخْزُونِ الْمَكْنُونِ
wabismikal makhzūnil maknūn
And by Your name that is hidden and concealed
20
اَلْمَكْتُوبِ الطَّاهِرِ
al maktūbiṭ ṭāhir
The written and the pure
21
اَلَّذِيْ إِذَا دُعِيتَ بِهِ أَجَبْتَ
al ladhī idhā du`īta bihi ajabt
Which when You are called by it, You respond
22
وَإِذَا سُئِلْتَ بِهِ أَعْطَيْتَ
wa-idhā su-ilta bihi a`ṭayt
And when asked by it, You give
23
وَبِاسْمِكَ السُّبُّوحِ الْقُدُّوْسِ الْبُرْهَانِ
wabismikas subbūḥil quddūsil bur-hān
And by Your name the Glorified, the Holy, the Proof
24
اَلَّذِيْ هُوَ نُورٌ عَلَى كُلِّ نُورٍ
al ladhī huwa nūrun `alā kulli nūr
Which is light upon all lights
25
وَنُورٌ مِنْ نُورٍ
wanūrun min nūr
And light from light
26
يُضِيءُ مِنْهُ كُلُّ نُورٍ
yuḍī-u minhu kullu nūr
From which all light shines
27
إِذَا بَلَغَ الْأَرْضَ انْشَقَّتْ
idhā balaghal ar-ḍanshaqqat
When it reaches the earth, it splits open
28
وَإِذَا بَلَغَ السَّمَاوَاتِ فُتِحَتْ
wa-idhā balaghas samāwāti futiḥat
And when it reaches the heavens, they open
29
وَإِذَا بَلَغَ الْعَرْشَ اهْتَزَّ
wa-idhā balaghal `ar-shahtazz
And when it reaches the Throne, it trembles
30
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ تَرْتَعِدُ مِنْهُ فَرَائِصُ مَلَائِكَتِكَ
wabismikal ladhī tar-ta`idu minhu farā-iṣu malā-ikatik
And by Your name which causes the limbs of Your angels to tremble
31
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ جَبْرَئِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ وَإِسْرَافِيلَ
wa-as-aluka biḥaqqi jabra-īla wamīkā-īla wa-isrāfīl
And I ask You by the right of Gabriel, Michael, and Israfil
32
وَبِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمُصْطَفىٰ
wabiḥaqqi muḥammadinil muṣṭafā
And by the right of Muhammad, the Chosen
33
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālih
May Allah's blessings be upon him and his family
34
وَعَلَى جَمِيْعِ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ وَجَمِيْعِ الْمَلَائِكَةِ
wa`alā jamī`il anbiyā-i wajamī`il malā-ikah
And upon all the prophets and all the angels
35
وَبِالَاسْمِ الَّذِيْ مَشىٰ بِهِ الْخِضْرُ عَلَى قُلَلِ الْمَاءِ
wabilasmil ladhī mashā bihil khiḍru `alā qulalil mā
And by the name with which Khidr walked upon the crests of water
36
كَمَا مَشىٰ بِهِ عَلَى جَدَدِ الْأَرْضِ
kamā mashā bihi `alā jadadil ar-ḍ
As he walked upon the solid ground
37
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ فَلَقْتَ بِهِ الْبَحْرَ لِمُوسٰى
wabismikal ladhī falaqta bihil baḥra limūsā
And by Your name with which You parted the sea for Moses
38
وَأَغْرَقْتَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَقَوْمَهُ
wa-aghraqta fir-`awna waqawmah
And drowned Pharaoh and his people
39
وَأَنْجَيْتَ بِهِ مُوسٰى بْنَ عِمْرَانَ
wa-anjayta bihi mūsābna `imrān
And saved by it Moses, son of Imran
40
مِنْ جَانِبِ الطُّورِ الْأَيْمَنِ
min jānibiṭ ṭūril ayman
From the right side of Mount Tur
41
فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ وَأَلْقَيْتَ عَلَيْهِ مَحَبَّةً مِنْكَ
fastajabta lahu wa-alqayta `alayhi maḥabbatan mink
So You answered him and cast upon him love from You
42
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ بِهِ أَحْيَا عِيسٰى بْنُ مَرْيَمَ الْمَوْتىٰ
wabismikal ladhī bihi aḥyā `īsābnu mar-yamal mawtā
And by Your name with which Jesus, son of Mary, revived the dead
43
وَتَكَلَّمَ فِيْ الْمَهْدِ صَبِيًّا
watakallama fil mahdi ṣabiyyā
And spoke in the cradle as an infant
44
وَأَبْرَأَ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِكَ
wa-abra-al akmaha wal-abraṣa bi-idhnik
And healed the blind and the leper by Your permission
45
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ حَمَلَةُ عَرْشِكَ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi ḥamalatu `ar-shik
And by Your name with which the bearers of Your throne called upon You
46
وَجَبْرَئِيلُ وَمِيكَائِيلُ وَإِسْرَافِيلُ
wajabra-īlu wamīkā-īlu wa-isrāfīl
And Gabriel, Michael, and Israfil
47
وَحَبِيبُكَ مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
waḥabībuka muḥammadun ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālih
And Your beloved Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his family
48
وَمَلَائِكَتُكَ الْمُقَرَّبُونَ
wamalā-ikatukal muqarrabūn
And Your angels who are close to You
49
وَأَنْبِيَاؤُكَ الْمُرْسَلُونَ
wa-anbiya-ukal mur-salūn
And Your messengers among the prophets
50
وَعِبَادُكَ الصَّالِحُونَ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرَضِينَ
wa`ibādukaṣ ṣāliḥūna min ahlis samāwāti wal-araḍīn
And Your righteous servants from the people of the heavens and earths
51
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ ذُوْ النُّونِ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi dhun nūn
And by Your name with which Dhun-Nun (Jonah) called upon You
52
إِذْ ذَهَبَ مُغَاضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَنْ لَنْ تَقْدِرَ عَلَيْهِ
idh dhahaba mughāḍiban faẓanna an lan taqdira `alayh
When he went away in anger and thought We had no power over him
53
فَنَادىٰ فِيْ الظُّلُمَاتِ أَنْ لاَإِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ سُبْحَانَكَ
fanādā fiẓ ẓulumāti an lā-ilāha illā anta subḥānak
Then he cried through the darkness: "There is no god but You, Glory be to You
54
إِنِّيْ كُنْتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِيْنَ
innī kuntu minaẓ ẓālimīn
Indeed, I have been among the wrongdoers"
55
فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهُ وَنَجَّيْتَهُ مِنَ الْغَمِّ
fastajabta lahu wanajjaytahu minal ghamm
So You responded to him and saved him from distress
56
وَكَذٰلِكَ تُنْجِيْ الْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ
wakadhālika tunjil mu-minīn
And thus do You save the believers
57
وَبِاسْمِكَ الْعَظِيمِ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ دَاوُدُ
wabismikal `aẓīmil ladhī da`āka bihi dāwud
And by Your great name with which David called upon You
58
وَخَرَّ لَكَ سَاجِدًا فَغَفَرْتَ لَهُ ذَنْبَهُ
wakharra laka sājidan faghafar-ta lahu dhanbah
And fell prostrating before You, so You forgave his sin
59
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَتْكَ بِهِ آسِيَةُ امْرَأَةُ فِرْعَوْنَ
wabismikal ladhī da`atka bihi-āsiyatumra-atu fir-`awn
And by Your name with which Asiya, the wife of Pharaoh, called upon You
60
إِذْ قَالَتْ رَبِّ ابْنِ لِيْ عِنْدَكَ بَيْتًا فِيْ الْجَنَّةِ
idh qālat rabbibni lī `indaka baytan fil jannah
When she said: "My Lord, build for me near You a house in Paradise
61
وَنَجِّنِيْ مِنْ فِرْعَوْنَ وَعَمَلِهِ
wanajjinī min fir-`awna wa`amalih
And save me from Pharaoh and his deeds
62
وَنَجِّنِيْ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظّٰالِمِيْنَ
wanajjinī minal qawmiẓ ẓalimīn
And save me from the wrongdoing people"
63
فَاسْتَجَبْتَ لَهَا دُعَاءَهَا
fastajabta lahā du`ā-ahā
So You answered her prayer
64
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ أَيُّوبُ إِذْ حَلَّ بِهِ الْبَلاءُ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi ayyūbu idh ḥalla bihil balā
And by Your name with which Job called upon You when affliction befell him
65
فَعَافَيْتَهُ وَ آتَيْتَهُ أَهْلَهُ وَمِثْلَهُمْ مَعَهُمْ
fa`āfaytahu wa ātaytahu ahlahu wamithlahum ma`ahum
So You healed him and restored to him his family and the like thereof with them
66
رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ وَذِكْرىٰ لِلْعَابِدِيْنَ
raḥmatan min `indika wadhikrā lil`ābidīn
As a mercy from You and a reminder for the worshippers
67
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ يَعْقُوبُ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi ya`qūb
And by Your name with which Jacob called upon You
68
فَرَدَدْتَ عَلَيْهِ بَصَرَهُ وَقُرَّةَ عَيْنِهِ يُوسُفَ وَجَمَعْتَ شَمْلَهُ
faradadta `alayhi baṣarahu waqurrata `aynihi yūsufa wajama`ta shamlah
So You restored to him his sight and the joy of his eyes, Joseph, and reunited his family
69
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ سُلَيْمَانُ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi sulaymān
And by Your name with which Solomon called upon You
70
فَوَهَبْتَ لَهُ مُلْكًا لَا يَنْبَغِيْ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ
fawahabta lahu mulkan lā yanbaghī li-aḥadin min ba`dih
So You granted him a kingdom not suited to anyone after him
71
إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْوَهَّابُ
innaka antal wahhāb
Indeed, You are the Bestower
72
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ سَخَّرْتَ بِهِ الْبُرَاقَ لِمُحَمَّدٍ
wabismikal ladhī sakhhar-ta bihil burāqa limuḥammad
And by Your name with which You subjected the Buraq for Muhammad
73
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ
ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālihi wasallam
May Allah bless him and his family and grant them peace
74
إِذْ قَالَ تَعَالَى سُبْحٰانَ الَّذِيْ أَسْرىٰ بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلًا
idh qāla ta`ālā subḥānal ladhī asrā bi`abdihi laylā
When the Most High said: "Glory to Him Who took His servant by night
75
مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ الْأَقْصىٰ
minal masjidil ḥarāmi ilal masjidil aqṣā
From the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque"
76
وَقَوْلُهُ سُبْحٰانَ الَّذِيْ سَخَّرَ لَنَا هٰذَا وَمَا كُنَّا لَهُ مُقْرِنِيْنَ
waqawluhu subḥānal ladhī sakhhara lanā hādhā wamā kunnā lahu muqrinīn
And His saying: "Glory to Him Who has subjected this to us, and we could not have done it ourselves
77
وَإِنَّا إِلٰى رَبِّنَا لَمُنْقَلِبُونَ
wa-innā ilā rabbinā lamunqalibūn
And indeed to our Lord we will return"
78
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ تَنَزَّلَ بِهِ جَبْرَئِيلُ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ
wabismikal ladhī tanazzala bihi jabra-īlu `alā muḥammad
And by Your name with which Gabriel descended upon Muhammad
79
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālih
May Allah bless him and his family
80
وَبِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ دَعَاكَ بِهِ آدَمُ
wabismikal ladhī da`āka bihi-ādam
And by Your name with which Adam called upon You
81
فَغَفَرْتَ لَهُ ذَنْبَهُ وَأَسْكَنْتَهُ جَنَّتَكَ
faghafar-ta lahu dhanbahu wa-askantahu jannatak
So You forgave his sin and settled him in Your Paradise
82
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ الْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيمِ
wa-as-aluka biḥaqqil qur-ānil `aẓīm
And I ask You by the right of the Great Quran
83
وَبِحَقِّ مُحَمَّدٍ خَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ
wabiḥaqqi muḥammadin khātamin nabiyyīn
And by the right of Muhammad, the Seal of the Prophets
84
وَبِحَقِّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
wabiḥaqqi ibrāhīm
And by the right of Abraham
85
وَبِحَقِّ فَصْلِكَ يَوْمَ الْقَضَاءِ
wabiḥaqqi faṣlika yawmal qaḍā
And by the right of Your judgment on the Day of Reckoning
86
وَبِحَقِّ الْمَوَازِينِ إِذَا نُصِبَتْ
wabiḥaqqil mawāzīni idhā nuṣibat
And by the right of the scales when they are set up
87
وَالصُّحُفِ إِذَا نُشِرَتْ
waṣ ṣuḥufi idhā nushirat
And the scrolls when they are spread out
88
وَبِحَقِّ الْقَلَمِ وَمَا جَرٰى
wabiḥaqqil qalami wamā jarā
And by the right of the Pen and what it has written
89
وَاللَّوْحِ وَمَا أَحْصٰى
wal lawḥi wamā aḥṣā
And the Tablet and what it has enumerated
90
وَبِحَقِّ الْإِسْمِ الَّذِيْ كَتَبْتَهُ عَلَى سُرَادِقِ الْعَرْشِ
wabiḥaqqil ismil ladhī katabtahu `alā surādiqil `ar-sh
And by the right of the Name which You wrote on the veil of the Throne
91
قَبْلَ خَلْقِكَ الْخَلْقَ وَالدُّنْيَا
qabla khalqikal khalqa wad dunyā
Before You created the creation and the world
92
وَالشَّمْسَ وَالْقَمَرَ بِأَلْفَيْ عَامٍ
wash shamsa walqamara bi-alfay `ām
And the sun and the moon by two thousand years
93
وَأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ
wa-ash-hadu an lā ilāha illallāh
And I bear witness that there is no god but Allah
94
وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ
waḥdahu lā sharīka lah
Alone with no partner
95
وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
wa-anna muḥammadan `abduhu warasūluh
And that Muhammad is His servant and messenger
96
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الْمَخْزُونِ فِيْ خَزَائِنِكَ
wa-as-aluka bismikal makhzūni fī khazā-inik
And I ask You by Your name that is hidden in Your treasuries
97
اَلَّذِيْ اسْتَأْثَرْتَ بِهِ فِيْ عِلْمِ الْغَيْبِ عِنْدَكَ
al ladhista-thar-ta bihi fī `ilmil ghaybi `indak
Which You have kept exclusively in Your knowledge of the unseen
98
لَمْ يَظْهَرْ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
lam yaẓhar `alayhi aḥadun min khalqik
No one from Your creation has seen it
99
لَا مَلَكٌ مُقَرَّبٌ
lā malakun muqarrab
Not any close angel
100
وَلَا نَبِيٌّ مُرْسَلٌ
walā nabiyyun mur-sal
Nor any sent prophet
101
وَلَا عَبْدٌ مُصْطَفًى
walā `abdun muṣṭafā
Nor any chosen servant
102
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ شَقَقْتَ بِهِ الْبِحَارَ
wa-as-aluka bismikal ladhī shaqaqta bihil biḥār
And I ask You by Your name with which You split the seas
103
وَقَامَتْ بِهِ الْجِبَالُ
waqāmat bihil jibāl
And by which the mountains stand
104
وَاخْتَلَفَ بِهِ اللَّيْلُ وَالنَّهَارُ
wakhtalafa bihil laylu wan nahār
And by which the night and day alternate
105
وَبِحَقِّ السَّبْعِ الْمَثَانِيْ وَالْقُرْآنِ الْعَظِيمِ
wabiḥaqqis sab`il mathānī walqur-ānil `aẓīm
And by the right of the Seven Oft-repeated verses and the Great Quran
106
وَبِحَقِّ الْكِرَامِ الْكَاتِبِينَ
wabiḥaqqil kirāmil kātibīn
And by the right of the noble recording angels
107
وَبِحَقِّ طٰهٰ وَ يٰس وَ كهٰيٰعص
wabiḥaqqi ṭāhā wa yāsīn wa kāf-hā-yā-`aīn-ṣād
And by the right of Ta Ha, Ya Sin, Kaf Ha Ya Ayn Sad
108
وَ حٰمعسق
wa ḥā-mīm-`aīn-ṣīn-qāf
And Ha Mim Ayn Sin Qaf
109
وَبِحَقِّ تَوْرَاةِ مُوسٰى
wabiḥaqqi tawrāti mūsā
And by the right of the Torah of Moses
110
وَإِنْجِيلِ عِيسٰى
wa-injīli `īsā
And the Gospel of Jesus
111
وَزَبُورِ دَاوُدَ
wazabūri dāwud
And the Psalms of David
112
وَفُرْقَانِ مُحَمَّدٍ
wafur-qāni muḥammad
And the Criterion (Quran) of Muhammad
113
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa ālih
May Allah bless him and his family
114
وَعَلَى جَمِيْعِ الرُّسُلِ وَبَاهِيًّا شَرَاهِيًّا
wa`alā jamī`ir rusuli wabāhiyyan sharāhiyyā
And upon all the messengers and by Bahiyyan Sharahiyyan
115
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ تِلْكَ الْمُنَاجَاةِ
allāhumma innī as-aluka biḥaqqi tilkal munājāh
O Allah, I ask You by the right of those private conversations
116
اَلَّتِيْ كَانَتْ بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَ مُوسٰى بْنِ عِمْرَانَ
al latī kānat baynaka wabayna mūsābni `imrān
That were between You and Moses, son of Imran
117
فَوْقَ جَبَلِ طُورِ سَيْنَاءَ
fawqa jabali ṭūri saynā
Above Mount Tur Sinai
118
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ عَلَّمْتَهُ مَلَكَ الْمَوْتِ لِقَبْضِ الْأَرْوَاحِ
wa-as-aluka bismikal ladhī `allamtahu malakal mawti liqabḍil ar-wāḥ
And I ask You by Your name which You taught the Angel of Death for taking souls
119
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ كُتِبَ عَلَى وَرَقِ الزَّيْتُونِ
wa-as-aluka bismikal ladhī kutiba `alā waraqiz zaytūn
And I ask You by Your name which was written on the olive leaf
120
فَخَضَعَتِ النِّيرَانُ لِتِلْكَ الْوَرَقَةِ
fakhaḍa`atin nīrānu litilkal waraqah
So the fires submitted to that leaf
121
فَقُلْتَ يَا نَارُ كُونِيْ بَرْدًا وَسَلامًا
faqulta yā nāru kūnī bar-dan wasalāmā
When You said: "O fire, be coolness and peace"
122
وَأَسْأَلُكَ بِاسْمِكَ الَّذِيْ كَتَبْتَهُ عَلَى سُرَادِقِ الْمَجْدِ وَالْكَرَامَةِ
wa-as-aluka bismikal ladhī katabtahu `alā surādiqil majdi walkarāmah
And I ask You by Your name which You wrote on the veil of glory and honor
123
يَا مَنْ لَا يُحْفِيهِ سَائِلٌ
yā man lā yuḥfīhi sā-il
O One whom no questioner can exhaust
124
وَلَا يَنْقُصُهُ نَائِلٌ
walā yanquṣuhu nā-il
And no receiver can diminish
125
يَا مَنْ بِهِ يُسْتَغَاثُ وَإِلَيْهِ يُلْجَأُ
yā man bihi yustaghāthu wa-ilayhi yulja-u
O One from whom help is sought and to whom refuge is taken
126
أَسْأَلُكَ بِمَعَاقِدِ الْعِزِّ مِنْ عَرْشِكَ
as-aluka bima`āqidil `izzi min `ar-shik
I ask You by the places of honor on Your throne
127
وَمُنْتَهَى الرَّحْمَةِ مِنْ كِتَابِكَ
wamuntahar raḥmati min kitābik
And the utmost of mercy from Your Book
128
وَبِاسْمِكَ الْأَعْظَمِ
wabismikal a`ẓam
And by Your Greatest Name
129
وَجَدِّكَ الْأَعْلٰى
wajaddikal a`lā
And Your Highest Majesty
130
وَكَلِمَاتِكَ التَّامَّاتِ الْعُلىٰ
wakalimātikat tāmmātil `ulā
And Your Perfect Exalted Words
131
اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ الرِّيَاحِ وَمَا ذَرَتْ
allāhumma rabbar riyāḥi wamā dharat
O Allah, Lord of the winds and what they scatter
132
وَالسَّمَاءِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ
was samā-i wamā aẓallat
And the sky and what it shades
133
وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ
wal-ar-ḍi wamā aqallat
And the earth and what it carries
134
وَالشَّيَاطِينِ وَمَا أَضَلَّتْ
wash shayāṭīni wamā aḍallat
And the devils and whom they misguide
135
وَالْبِحَارِ وَمَا جَرَتْ
walbiḥāri wamā jarat
And the seas and what flows in them
136
وَبِحَقِّ كُلِّ حَقٍّ هُوَ عَلَيْكَ حَقٌّ
wabiḥaqqi kulli ḥaqqin huwa `alayka ḥaqq
And by the right of every right that is upon You
137
وَبِحَقِّ الْمَلَائِكَةِ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
wabiḥaqqil malā-ikatil muqarrabīn
And by the right of the angels who are close
138
وَالرَّوْحَانِيِّينَ وَالْكَرُوبِيِّينَ
war rawḥāniyyīna walkarūbiyyīn
And the spiritual ones and the cherubim
139
وَالْمُسَبِّحِيْنَ لَكَ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ لَا يَفْتُرُونَ
walmusabbiḥīna laka billlayli wan nahāri lā yafturūn
And those who glorify You by night and day without tiring
140
وَبِحَقِّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ خَلِيلِكَ
wabiḥaqqi ibrāhīma khalīlik
And by the right of Abraham, Your friend
141
وَبِحَقِّ كُلِّ وَلِيٍّ يُنَادِيْكَ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ
wabiḥaqqi kulli waliyyin yunādīka baynaṣ ṣafā walmar-wah
And by the right of every saint who calls upon You between Safa and Marwa
142
وَتَسْتَجِيبُ لَهُ دُعَاءَهُ
watastajību lahu du`ā-ah
And You answer their prayer
143
يَا مُجِيبُ أَسْأَلُكَ بِحَقِّ هٰذِهِ الْأَسْمَاءِ وَبِهٰذِهِ الدَّعَوَاتِ
yā mujību as-aluka biḥaqqi hādhihil asmā-i wabihādhihid da`awāt
O Responsive One, I ask You by the right of these names and by these supplications
144
أَنْ تَغْفِرَ لَنَا مَا قَدَّمْنَا وَمَا أَخَّرْنَا
an taghfira lanā mā qaddamnā wamā akhhar-nā
That You forgive us what we have done and what we will do
145
وَمَا أَسْرَرْنَا وَمَا أَعْلَنَّا
wamā asrar-nā wamā a`lannā
And what we have concealed and what we have revealed
146
وَمَا أَبْدَيْنَا وَمَا أَخْفَيْنَا
wamā abdaynā wamā akhfaynā
And what we have shown and what we have hidden
147
وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنَّا
wamā anta a`lamu bihi minnā
And what You know better about us than we do
148
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Indeed, You have power over all things
149
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
biraḥmatika yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful
150
يَا حَافِظَ كُلِّ غَرِيبٍ
yā ḥāfiẓa kulli gharīb
O Protector of every stranger
151
يَا مُؤْنِسَ كُلِّ وَحِيدٍ
yā mu-nisa kulli waḥīd
O Companion of every lonely one
152
يَا قُوَّةَ كُلِّ ضَعِيفٍ
yā quwwata kulli ḍa`īf
O Strength of every weak one
153
يَا نَاصِرَ كُلِّ مَظْلُومٍ
yā nāṣira kulli maẓlūm
O Helper of every oppressed one
154
يَا رَازِقَ كُلِّ مَحْرُومٍ
yā rāziqa kulli maḥrūm
O Provider for every deprived one
155
يَا مُؤْنِسَ كُلِّ مُسْتَوْحِشٍ
yā mu-nisa kulli mustawḥish
O Comforter of every frightened one
156
يَا صَاحِبَ كُلِّ مُسَافِرٍ
yā ṣāḥiba kulli musāfir
O Companion of every traveler
157
يَا عِمَادَ كُلِّ حَاضِرٍ
yā `imāda kulli ḥāḍir
O Support of everyone present
158
يَا غَافِرَ كُلِّ ذَنْبٍ وَخَطِيئَةٍ
yā ghāfira kulli dhanbin wakhaṭī-ah
O Forgiver of every sin and mistake
159
يَا غِيَاثَ الْمُسْتَغِيثِينَ
yā ghiyāthal mustaghīthīn
O Relief of those who seek relief
160
يَا صَرِيخَ الْمُسْتَصْرِخِينَ
yā ṣarīkhal mustaṣrikhīn
O Helper of those who cry for help
161
يَا كَاشِفَ كَرْبِ الْمَكْرُوبِينَ
yā kāshifa kar-bil makrūbīn
O Remover of the distress of the distressed
162
يَا فَارِجَ هَمِّ الْمَهْمُومِيْنَ
yā fārija hammil mahmūmīn
O Reliever of the anxiety of the anxious
163
يَا بَدِيعَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرَضِينَ
yā badī`as samāwāti wal-araḍīn
O Creator of the heavens and earths
164
يَا مُنْتَهىٰ غَايَةِ الطَّالِبِينَ
yā muntahā ghāyatiṭ ṭālibīn
O Ultimate Goal of those who seek
165
يَا مُجِيبَ دَعْوَةِ الْمُضْطَرِّينَ
yā mujība da`watil muḍṭarrīn
O Answerer of the prayers of the desperate
166
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
O Most Merciful of the merciful
167
يَا رَبَّ الْعَالَمِيْنَ
yā rabbal `ālamīn
O Lord of the worlds
168
يَا دَيَّانَ يَوْمِ الدِّينِ
yā dayyāna yawmid dīn
O Judge of the Day of Judgment
169
يَا أَجْوَدَ الْأَجْوَدِيْنَ
yā ajwadal ajwadīn
O Most Generous of the generous
170
يَا أَكْرَمَ الْأَكْرَمِيْنَ
yā akramal akramīn
O Most Honorable of the honorable
171
يَا أَسْمَعَ السَّامِعِينَ
yā asma`as sāmi`īn
O Most Hearing of those who hear
172
يَا أَبْصَرَ النَّاظِرِينَ
yā abṣaran nāẓirīn
O Most Seeing of those who see
173
يَا أَقْدَرَ الْقَادِرِينَ
yā aqdaral qādirīn
O Most Capable of those who are capable
174
اِغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تُغَيِّرُ النِّعَمَ
ighfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tughayyirun ni`am
Forgive me the sins that alter blessings
175
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تُورِثُ النَّدَمَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tūrithun nadam
And forgive me the sins that bring regret
176
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تُورِثُ السَّقَمَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tūrithus saqam
And forgive me the sins that cause illness
177
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تَهْتِكُ الْعِصَمَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tahtikul `iṣam
And forgive me the sins that tear apart protection
178
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تَرُدُّ الدُّعَاءَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī taruddud du`ā
And forgive me the sins that reject prayers
179
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تَحْبِسُ قَطْرَ السَّمَاءِ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī taḥbisu qaṭras samā
And forgive me the sins that withhold the rain from the sky
180
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تُعَجِّلُ الْفَنَاءَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tu`ajjilul fanā
And forgive me the sins that hasten destruction
181
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تَجْلِبُ الشَّقَاءَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tajlibush shaqā
And forgive me the sins that bring misery
182
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تُظْلِمُ الْهَوَاءَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī tuẓlimul hawā
And forgive me the sins that darken the air
183
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ تَكْشِفُ الْغِطَاءَ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī takshiful ghiṭā
And forgive me the sins that remove the veil
184
وَاغْفِرْ لِيَ الذُّنُوبَ الَّتِيْ لَا يَغْفِرُهَا غَيْرُكَ يَا اَللَّهُ
waghfir liyadh dhunūbal latī lā yaghfiruhā ghayruka yā allāh
And forgive me the sins that none can forgive except You, O Allah
185
وَاحْمِلْ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ تَبِعَةٍ لِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ
waḥmil `annī kulla tabi`atin li-aḥadin min khalqik
And remove from me every consequence owed to any of Your creation
186
وَاجْعَلْ لِيْ مِنْ أَمْرِيْ فَرَجًا وَمَخْرَجًا وَيُسْرًا
waj`al lī min amrī farajan wamakhrajan wayusrā
And make for me from my affairs relief, a way out, and ease
187
وَأَنْزِلْ يَقِينَكَ فِيْ صَدْرِي
wa-anzil yaqīnaka fī ṣadrī
And place Your certainty in my chest
188
وَرَجَاءَكَ فِيْ قَلْبِيْ حَتّىٰ لَا أَرْجُوَ غَيْرَكَ
warajā-aka fī qalbī ḥattā lā ar-juwa ghayrak
And Your hope in my heart until I hope for none but You
189
اَللّٰهُمَّ احْفَظْنِيْ وَعَافِنِيْ فِيْ مَقَامِي
allāhummaḥfaẓnī wa`āfinī fī maqāmī
O Allah, protect me and grant me well-being in my position
190
وَاصْحَبْنِيْ فِيْ لَيْلِيْ وَنَهَارِي
waṣ-ḥabnī fī laylī wanahārī
And accompany me in my night and day
191
وَمِنْ بَيْنِ يَدَيَّ وَمِنْ خَلْفِي
wamin bayni yadayya wamin khalfī
And from before me and behind me
192
وَعَنْ يَمِينِيْ وَعَنْ شِمَالِي
wa`an yamīnī wa`an shimālī
And from my right and my left
193
وَمِنْ فَوْقِيْ وَمِنْ تَحْتِي
wamin fawqī wamin taḥtī
And from above me and below me
194
وَيَسِّرْ لِيَ السَّبِيلَ
wayassir liyas sabīl
And make easy for me the path
195
وَأَحْسِنْ لِيَ التَّيْسِيرَ
wa-aḥsin liyat taysīr
And grant me the best facilitation
196
وَلَا تَخْذُلْنِيْ فِيْ الْعَسِيرِ
walā takhdhulnī fil `asīr
And do not forsake me in difficulty
197
وَاهْدِنِيْ يَا خَيْرَ دَلِيلٍ
wahdinī yā khayra dalīl
And guide me, O Best of guides
198
وَلَا تَكِلْنِيْ إِلٰى نَفْسِيْ فِيْ الْأُمُورِ
walā takilnī ilā nafsī fil umūr
And do not leave me to myself in my affairs
199
وَلَقِّنِيْ كُلَّ سُرُورٍ
walaqqinī kulla surūr
And grant me every happiness
200
وَاقْلِبْنِيْ إِلٰى أَهْلِيْ بِالْفَلاحِ وَالنَّجَاحِ
waqlibnī ilā ahlī bil falāḥi wan najāḥ
And return me to my family with success and prosperity
201
مَحْبُورًا فِيْ الْعَاجِلِ وَالْآجِلِ
maḥbūran fil `ājili wal-ājil
Blessed in the immediate and the future
202
إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
Indeed, You have power over all things
203
وَارْزُقْنِيْ مِنْ فَضْلِكَ
war-zuqnī min faḍlik
And provide for me from Your bounty
204
وَأَوْسِعْ عَلَيَّ مِنْ طَيِّبَاتِ رِزْقِكَ
wa-awsi` `alayya min ṭayyibāti rizqik
And expand for me from the goodness of Your provision
205
وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ فِيْ طَاعَتِكَ
wasta`milnī fī ṭā`atik
And employ me in Your obedience
206
وَأَجِرْنِيْ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ وَنَارِكَ
wa-ajir-nī min `adhābika wanārik
And protect me from Your punishment and Your fire
207
وَاقْلِبْنِيْ إِذَا تَوَفَّيْتَنِيْ إِلٰى جَنَّتِكَ بِرَحْمَتِكَ
waqlibnī idhā tawaffaytanī ilā jannatika biraḥmatik
And when You take my soul, lead me to Your Paradise by Your mercy
208
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ زَوَالِ نِعْمَتِكَ
allāhumma innī a`ūdhu bika min zawāli ni`matik
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the removal of Your blessing
209
وَمِنْ تَحْوِيلِ عَافِيَتِكَ
wamin taḥwīli `āfiyatik
And from the change of Your well-being
210
وَمِنْ حُلُوْلِ نَقِمَتِكَ
wamin ḥulūli naqimatik
And from the coming of Your vengeance
211
وَمِنْ نُزُولِ عَذَابِكَ
wamin nuzūli `adhābik
And from the descent of Your punishment
212
وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ جَهْدِ الْبَلاءِ
wa-a`ūdhu bika min jahdil balā
And I seek refuge in You from the hardship of affliction
213
وَدَرَكِ الشَّقَاءِ
wadarakish shaqā
And the attainment of misery
214
وَمِنْ سُوءِ الْقَضَاءِ
wamin sū-il qaḍā
And from evil destiny
215
وَشَمَاتَةِ الْأَعْدَاءِ
washamātatil a`dā
And the gloating of enemies
216
وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا يَنْزِلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ
wamin sharri mā yanzilu minas samā
And from the evil of what descends from the sky
217
وَمِنْ شَرِّ مَا فِيْ الْكِتَابِ الْمُنْزَلِ
wamin sharri mā fil kitābil munzal
And from the evil of what is in the revealed Book
218
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَا تَجْعَلْنِيْ مِنَ الْأَشْرَارِ
allāhumma lā taj`alnī minal ashrār
O Allah, do not make me among the evil ones
219
وَلَا مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّارِ
walā min aṣ-ḥābin nār
Nor among the companions of the Fire
220
وَلَا تَحْرِمْنِيْ صُحْبَةَ الْأَخْيَارِ
walā taḥrimnī ṣuḥbatal akhyār
And do not deprive me of the companionship of the good
221
وَأَحْيِنِيْ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً
wa-aḥyinī ḥayātan ṭayyibah
And give me a good life
222
وَتَوَفَّنِيْ وَفَاةً طَيِّبَةً تُلْحِقُنِيْ بِالْأَبْرَارِ
watawaffanī wafātan ṭayyibatan tulḥiqunī bil abrār
And a good death that joins me with the righteous
223
وَارْزُقْنِيْ مُرَافَقَةَ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ
war-zuqnī murāfaqatal anbiyā
And grant me the companionship of the prophets
224
فِيْ مَقْعَدِ صِدْقٍ عِنْدَ مَلِيكٍ مُقْتَدِرٍ
fī maq`adi ṣidqin `inda malīkin muqtadir
In a seat of truth with a Sovereign, Perfect in ability
225
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى حُسْنِ بَلائِكَ وَصُنْعِكَ
allāhumma lakal ḥamdu `alā ḥusni balā-ika waṣun`ik
O Allah, to You is praise for Your good trial and Your making
226
وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى الْإِسْلاَمِ وَاتِّبَاعِ السُّنَّةِ
walakal ḥamdu `alal islāmi wattibā`is sunnah
And to You is praise for Islam and following the Sunnah
227
يَا رَبِّ كَمَا هَدَيْتَهُمْ لِدِينِكَ
yā rabbi kamā hadaytahum lidīnik
O Lord, as You guided them to Your religion
228
وَعَلَّمْتَهُمْ كِتَابَكَ فَاهْدِنَا وَعَلِّمْنَا
wa`allamtahum kitābaka fahdinā wa`allimnā
And taught them Your Book, so guide us and teach us
229
وَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى حُسْنِ بَلائِكَ وَصُنْعِكَ عِنْدِيْ خَاصَّةً
walakal ḥamdu `alā ḥusni balā-ika waṣun`ika `indī khāṣṣah
And to You is praise for Your good trial and Your making, especially with me
230
كَمَا خَلَقْتَنِيْ فَأَحْسَنْتَ خَلْقِي
kamā khalaqtanī fa-aḥsanta khalqī
As You created me and perfected my creation
231
وَعَلَّمْتَنِيْ فَأَحْسَنْتَ تَعْلِيمِي
wa`allamtanī fa-aḥsanta ta`līmī
And taught me and perfected my education
232
وَهَدَيْتَنِيْ فَأَحْسَنْتَ هِدَايَتِي
wahadaytanī fa-aḥsanta hidāyatī
And guided me and perfected my guidance
233
فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى إِنْعَامِكَ عَلَيَّ قَدِيمًا وَحَدِيثًا
falakal ḥamdu `alā in`āmika `alayya qadīman waḥadīthā
So to You is praise for Your favors upon me, past and present
234
فَكَمْ مِنْ كَرْبٍ يَا سَيِّدِيْ قَدْ فَرَّجْتَهُ
fakam min kar-bin yā sayyidī qad farrajtah
How many distresses, O my Master, have You relieved
235
وَكَمْ مِنْ غَمٍّ يَا سَيِّدِيْ قَدْ نَفَّسْتَهُ
wakam min ghammin yā sayyidī qad naffastah
And how many sorrows, O my Master, have You dispelled
236
وَكَمْ مِنْ هَمٍّ يَا سَيِّدِيْ قَدْ كَشَفْتَهُ
wakam min hammin yā sayyidī qad kashaftah
And how many anxieties, O my Master, have You removed
237
وَكَمْ مِنْ بَلاءٍ يَا سَيِّدِيْ قَدْ صَرَفْتَهُ
wakam min balā-in yā sayyidī qad ṣaraftah
And how many afflictions, O my Master, have You averted
238
وَكَمْ مِنْ عَيْبٍ يَا سَيِّدِيْ قَدْ سَتَرْتَهُ
wakam min `aybin yā sayyidī qad satar-tah
And how many faults, O my Master, have You concealed
239
فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ عَلَى كُلِّ حَالٍ
falakal ḥamdu `alā kulli ḥāl
So to You is praise in every condition
240
فِيْ كُلِّ مَثْوًى وَزَمَانٍ
fī kulli mathwan wazamān
In every dwelling and time
241
وَمُنْقَلَبٍ وَمَقَامٍ
wamunqalabin wamaqām
And transition and station
242
وَعَلَى هٰذِهِ الْحَالِ وَكُلِّ حَالٍ
wa`alā hādhihil ḥāli wakulli ḥāl
And in this state and every state
243
اَللّٰهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ مِنْ أَفْضَلِ عِبَادِكَ نَصِيبًا
allāhummaj`alnī min afḍali `ibādika naṣībā
O Allah, make me among the most favored of Your servants in share
244
فِيْ هٰذَا الْيَوْمِ مِنْ خَيْرٍ تَقْسِمُهُ
fī hādhal yawmi min khayrin taqsimuh
On this day of any good You distribute
245
أَوْ ضُرٍّ تَكْشِفُهُ
aw ḍurrin takshifuh
Or harm You remove
246
أَوْ سُوءٍ تَصْرِفُهُ
aw sū-in taṣrifuh
Or evil You avert
247
أَوْ بَلاءٍ تَدْفَعُهُ
aw balā-in tadfa`uh
Or affliction You repel
248
أَوْ خَيْرٍ تَسُوقُهُ
aw khayrin tasūquh
Or good You drive
249
أَوْ رَحْمَةٍ تَنْشُرُهَا
aw raḥmatin tanshuruhā
Or mercy You spread

أَوْ عَافِيَةٍ تُلْبِسُهَا
aw `āfiyatin tulbisuhā
Or well-being You clothe
251
فَإِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
fa-innaka `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
For You have power over all things
252
وَبِيَدِكَ خَزَائِنُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ
wabiyadika khazā-inus samāwāti wal-ar-ḍ
And in Your hand are the treasuries of the heavens and earth
253
وَأَنْتَ الْوَاحِدُ الْكَرِيمُ الْمُعْطِي
wa-antal wāḥidul karīmul mu`ṭī
And You are the One, the Generous, the Giver
254
اَلَّذِيْ لَا يُرَدُّ سَائِلُهُ
al ladhī lā yuraddu sā-iluh
Whose seeker is not rejected
255
وَلَا يُخَيَّبُ آمِلُهُ
walā yukhayyabu-āmiluh
And whose hoper is not disappointed
256
وَلَا يَنْقُصُ نَائِلُهُ
walā yanquṣu nā-iluh
And whose gifts do not diminish

وَلَا يَنْفَدُ مَا عِنْدَهُ
walā yanfadu mā `indah
And what He has does not deplete
258
بَلْ يَزْدَادُ كَثْرَةً وَطِيبًا
bal yazdādu kathratan waṭībā
Rather, it increases in abundance and goodness
259
وَعَطَاءً وَجُودًا
wa`aṭā-an wajūdā
And giving and generosity
260
وَارْزُقْنِيْ مِنْ خَزَائِنِكَ الَّتِيْ لَا تَفْنىٰ
war-zuqnī min khazā-inikal latī lā tafnā
And provide me from Your treasuries that do not perish
261
وَمِنْ رَحْمَتِكَ الْوَاسِعَةِ
wamin raḥmatikal wāsi`ah
And from Your vast mercy
262
إِنَّ عَطَاءَكَ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَحْظُورًا
inna `aṭā-aka lam yakun maḥẓūrā
Indeed, Your giving has never been restricted
263
وَأَنْتَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
wa-anta `alā kulli shay-in qadīr
And You have power over all things
264
بِرَحْمَتِكَ يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحِمِيْنَ
biraḥmatika yā ar-ḥamar rāḥimīn
By Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful
