بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
صَدَقَ اللَّهُ الْعَظِيمُ
ṣadaqallāhul `aẓīm
The Almighty Allah has spoken the truth
2
اَلَّذِيْ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
al ladhī lā ilāha illā huw
The One besides whom there is no deity
3
اَلْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ
al ḥayyul qayyūm
The Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting
4
ذُوْالْجَلالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
dhul jalāli wal-ikrām
Possessor of Majesty and Honor
5
اَلرَّحْمٰنُ الرَّحِيمُ
ar raḥmānur raḥīm
The Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
6
اَلْحَلِيمُ الْكَرِيمُ
al ḥalīmul karīm
The Forbearing, the Generous
7
اَلَّذِيْ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِهِ شَيْءٌ
al ladhī laysa kamithlihi shay
The One to whom nothing is similar
8
وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
wahuwas samī`ul `alīm
And He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing
9
اَلْبَصِيرُ الْخَبِيرُ
al baṣīrul khabīr
The All-Seeing, the All-Aware
10
شَهِدَ اللَّهُ أَنَّهُ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ
shahidallāhu annahu lā ilāha illā huw
Allah bears witness that there is no deity except Him
11
وَالْمَلائِكَةُ وَأُولُوْ الْعِلْمِ
walmalā-ikatu wa-ūlul `ilm
And the angels and those with knowledge also witness
12
قَائِمًا بِالْقِسْطِ
qā-iman bil qisṭ
Maintaining justice
13
لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
lā ilāha illā huwal `azīzul ḥakīm
There is no deity except Him, the Mighty, the Wise
14
وَبَلَّغَتْ رُسُلُهُ الْكِرَامُ
waballaghat rusuluhul kirām
And His noble messengers conveyed [His message]
15
وَأَنَا عَلَى ذٰلِكَ مِنَ الشَّاهِدِيْنَ
wa-ana `alā dhālika minash shāhidīn
And I am among those who bear witness to that
16
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ الْحَمْدُ
allāhumma lakal ḥamd
O Allah, to You belongs all praise
17
وَلَكَ الْمَجْدُ
walakal majd
And to You belongs all glory
18
وَلَكَ الْعِزُّ
walakal `izz
And to You belongs all might
19
وَلَكَ الْفَخْرُ
walakal fakhr
And to You belongs all pride
20
وَلَكَ الْقَهْرُ
walakal qahr
And to You belongs all power
21
وَلَكَ النِّعْمَةُ
walakan ni`mah
And to You belongs all blessing
22
وَلَكَ الْعَظَمَةُ
walakal `aẓamah
And to You belongs all greatness
23
وَلَكَ الرَّحْمَةُ
walakar raḥmah
And to You belongs all mercy
24
وَلَكَ الْمَهَابَةُ
walakal mahābah
And to You belongs all reverence
25
وَلَكَ السُّلْطَانُ
walakas sulṭān
And to You belongs all authority
26
وَلَكَ الْبَهَاءُ
walakal bahā
And to You belongs all splendor
27
وَلَكَ الْإِمْتِنَانُ
walakal imtinān
And to You belongs all favor
28
وَلَكَ التَّسْبِيحُ
walakat tasbīḥ
And to You belongs all glorification
29
وَلَكَ التَّقْدِيسُ
walakat taqdīs
And to You belongs all sanctification
30
وَلَكَ التَّهْلِيلُ
walakat tahlīl
And to You belongs all proclamation of Your Oneness
31
وَلَكَ التَّكْبِيرُ
walakat takbīr
And to You belongs all magnification
32
وَلَكَ مَا يُرىٰ
walaka mā yurā
And to You belongs all that is seen
33
وَلَكَ مَا لَا يُرىٰ
walaka mā lā yurā
And to You belongs all that is unseen
34
وَلَكَ مَا فَوْقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ الْعُلىٰ
walaka mā fawqas samāwātil `ulā
And to You belongs all that is above the highest heavens
35
وَلَكَ مَا تَحْتَ الثَّرىٰ
walaka mā taḥtath tharā
And to You belongs all that is beneath the earth
36
وَلَكَ الْأَرَضُونَ السُّفْلىٰ
walakal araḍūnas suflā
And to You belongs the lowest regions
37
وَلَكَ الْآخِرَةُ وَالْأُولىٰ
walakal-ākhiratu wal-ūlā
And to You belongs the Hereafter and the first [life]
38
وَلَكَ مَا تَرْضىٰ بِهِ مِنَ الثَّنَاءِ وَالْحَمْدِ
walaka mā tar-ḍā bihi minath thanā-i walḥamd
And to You belongs whatever praise and thanks that pleases You
39
وَالشُّكْرِ وَالنَّعْمَاءِ
wash shukri wan na`mā
And gratitude and blessings
40
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى جَبْرَئِيلَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā jabra-īl
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Gabriel
41
أَمِينِكَ عَلَى وَحْيِكَ
amīnika `alā waḥyik
Your trustee over Your revelation
42
وَالْقَوِيِّ عَلَى أَمْرِكَ
walqawiyyi `alā amrik
The strong one in executing Your command
43
وَالْمُطَاعِ فِيْ سَمَاوَاتِكَ وَمَحَالِّ كَرَامَاتِكَ
walmuṭā`i fī samāwātika wamaḥālli karāmātik
The one obeyed in Your heavens and places of Your honor
44
اَلْمُتَحَمِّلِ لِكَلِمَاتِكَ
al mutaḥammili likalimātik
The bearer of Your words
45
اَلنَّاصِرِ لِأَنْبِيَائِكَ
an nāṣiri li-anbiyā-ik
The supporter of Your prophets
46
اَلْمُدَمِّرِ لِأَعْدَائِكَ
al mudammiri li-a`dā-ik
The destroyer of Your enemies
47
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مِيكَائِيلَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā mīkā-īl
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Michael
48
مَلَكِ رَحْمَتِكَ
malaki raḥmatik
The angel of Your mercy
49
وَالْمَخْلُوقِ لِرَأْفَتِكَ
walmakhlūqi lira-fatik
The one created for Your kindness
50
وَالْمُسْتَغْفِرِ الْمُعِينِ لِأَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ
walmustaghfiril mu`īni li-ahli ṭā`atik
The one who seeks forgiveness and assists those who obey You
51
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى إِسْرَافِيلَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā isrāfīl
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Israfil
52
حَامِلِ عَرْشِكَ
ḥāmili `ar-shik
The bearer of Your throne
53
وَصَاحِبِ الصُّوْرِ
waṣāḥibiṣ ṣūr
The master of the trumpet
54
اَلْمُنْتَظِرِ لِأَمْرِكَ
al muntaẓiri li-amrik
The one awaiting Your command
55
اَلْوَجِلِ الْمُشْفِقِ مِنْ خِيفَتِكَ
al wajilil mushfiqi min khīfatik
The fearful and anxious one due to awe of You
56
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى حَمَلَةِ الْعَرْشِ الطَّاهِرِينَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā ḥamalatil `ar-shiṭ ṭāhirīn
O Allah, send Your blessings upon the pure bearers of the Throne
57
وَعَلَى السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ
wa`alas safaratil kirām
And upon the honorable recording angels
58
اَلْبَرَرَةِ الطَّيِّبِينَ
al bararatiṭ ṭayyibīn
The righteous and pure ones
59
وَعَلَى مَلائِكَتِكَ الْكِرَامِ الْكَاتِبِينَ
wa`alā malā-ikatikal kirāmil kātibīn
And upon Your noble recording angels
60
وَعَلَى مَلائِكَةِ الْجِنَانِ
wa`alā malā-ikatil jinān
And upon the angels of Paradise
61
وَخَزَنَةِ النِّيرَانِ
wakhazanatin nīrān
And the keepers of Hellfire
62
وَمَلَكِ الْمَوْتِ وَالْأَعْوَانِ
wamalakil mawti wal-a`wān
And the Angel of Death and his assistants
63
يَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
yā dhal jalāli wal-ikrām
O Possessor of Majesty and Honor
64
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى أَبِينَا آدَمَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā abīnā-ādam
O Allah, send Your blessings upon our father Adam
65
بَدِيعِ فِطْرَتِكَ
badī`i fiṭratik
The marvel of Your creation
66
اَلَّذِيْ كَرَّمْتَهُ بِسُجُودِ مَلائِكَتِكَ
al ladhī karramtahu bisujūdi malā-ikatik
Whom You honored with the prostration of Your angels
67
وَأَبَحْتَهُ جَنَّتَكَ
wa-abaḥtahu jannatak
And permitted him [to dwell in] Your Paradise
68
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى أُمِّنَا حَوَّاءَ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā umminā ḥawwā
O Allah, send Your blessings upon our mother Eve
69
اَلْمُطَهَّرَةِ مِنَ الرِّجْسِ
al muṭahharati minar rijs
The one purified from impurity
70
اَلْمُصَفَّاةِ مِنَ الدَّنَسِ
al muṣaffāti minad danas
The one cleansed from filth
71
اَلْمُفَضَّلَةِ مِنَ الْإِنْسِ
al mufaḍḍalati minal ins
The one given preference among humankind
72
اَلْمُتَرَدِّدَةِ بَيْنَ مَحَالِّ الْقُدْسِ
al mutaraddidati bayna maḥāllil quds
The one who moved between the places of sanctity
73
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى هَابِيلَ وَشَيْثٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā hābīla washayth
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Abel and Seth
74
وَإِدْرِيسَ وَنُوحٍ
wa-idrīsa wanūḥ
And Idris and Noah
75
وَهُودٍ وَصَالِحٍ
wahūdin waṣāliḥ
And Hud and Salih
76
وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ وَإِسْمَاعِيلَ
wa-ibrāhīma wa-ismā`īl
And Abraham and Ishmael
77
وَإِسْحَاقَ وَيَعْقُوبَ
wa-is-ḥāqa waya`qūb
And Isaac and Jacob
78
وَيُوسُفَ وَالْأَسْبَاطِ
wayūsufa wal-asbāṭ
And Joseph and the Tribes
79
وَلُوطٍ وَشُعَيْبٍ
walūṭin washu`ayb
And Lot and Shuaib
80
وَأَيُّوْبَ وَمُوسىٰ
wa-ayyūba wamūsā
And Job and Moses
81
وَهَارُونَ وَيُوشَعَ
wahārūna wayūsha`
And Aaron and Joshua
82
وَمِيشَا وَالْخِضْرِ
wamīshā walkhiḍr
And Misha and Khidr
83
وَذِيْ الْقَرْنَيْنِ وَيُونُسَ
wadhil qar-nayni wayūnus
And Dhul-Qarnayn and Jonah
84
وَإِلْيَاسَ وَالْيَسَعَ
wa-ilyāsa walyasa`
And Elias and Elisha
85
وَذِيْ الْكِفْلِ وَطَالُوتَ
wadhil kifli waṭālūt
And Dhul-Kifl and Talut
86
وَدَاوُدَ وَسُلَيْمَانَ
wadāwuda wasulaymān
And David and Solomon
87
وَزَكَرِيَّا وَشَعْيَا
wazakariyyā washa`yā
And Zachariah and Isaiah
88
وَيَحْيىٰ وَتُورَخَ
wayaḥyā watūrakh
And John and Turakh
89
وَمَتَّى وَإِرْمِيَا
wamattā wa-ir-miyā
And Matthew and Jeremiah
90
وَحَيْقُوقَ وَدَانِيَالَ
waḥayqūqa wadāniyāl
And Habakkuk and Daniel
91
وَعُزَيْرٍ وَعِيسىٰ
wa`uzayrin wa`īsā
And Uzair and Jesus
92
وَشَمْعُونَ وَجِرْجِيسَ
washam`ūna wajir-jīs
And Simon and George
93
وَالْحَوَارِيِّينَ وَالْأَتْبَاعِ
walḥawāriyyīna wal-atbā`
And the disciples and followers
94
وَخَالِدٍ وَحَنْظَلَةَ وَلُقْمَانَ
wakhālidin waḥanẓalata waluqmān
And Khalid and Hanzala and Luqman
95
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
96
وَارْحَمْ مُحَمَّدًا وَ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ
war-ḥam muḥammadan wa āla muḥammad
And have mercy upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
97
وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
wabārik `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
And bestow blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
98
كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وَرَحِمْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
kamā ṣallayta waraḥimta wabārakta `alā ibrāhīma wa āli ibrāhīm
As You sent blessings, had mercy, and bestowed blessings upon Abraham and the family of Abraham
99
إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
innaka ḥamīdun majīd
Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious
100
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى الْأَوْصِيَاءِ وَالسُّعَدَاءِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alal awṣiyā-i was su`adā
O Allah, send Your blessings upon the successors and the fortunate ones
101
وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَأَئِمَّةِ الْهُدىٰ
wash shuhadā-i wa-a-immatil hudā
And the martyrs and the Imams of guidance
102
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى الْأَبْدَالِ وَالْأَوْتَادِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alal abdāli wal-awtād
O Allah, send Your blessings upon the substitutes and the supports
103
وَالسُّيَّاحِ وَالْعُبَّادِ
was suyyāḥi wal`ubbād
And the travelers and the worshippers
104
وَالْمُخْلِصِينَ وَالزُّهَّادِ
walmukhliṣīna waz zuhhād
And the sincere ones and the ascetics
105
وَأَهْلِ الْجِدِّ وَالْإِجْتِهَادِ
wa-ahlil jiddi wal-ijtihād
And the people of diligence and striving
106
وَاخْصُصْ مُحَمَّدًا وَأَهْلَ بَيْتِهِ بِأَفْضَلِ صَلَوَاتِكَ
wakhṣuṣ muḥammadan wa-ahla baytihi bi-afḍali ṣalawātik
And distinguish Muhammad and his household with the best of Your blessings
107
وَأَجْزَلِ كَرَامَاتِكَ
wa-ajzali karāmātik
And the most abundant of Your honors
108
وَبَلِّغْ رُوحَهُ وَجَسَدَهُ مِنِّي تَحِيَّةً وَسَلامًا
waballigh rūḥahu wajasadahu minnī taḥiyyatan wasalāmā
And convey to his soul and body from me greetings and peace
109
وَزِدْهُ فَضْلًا وَشَرَفًا وَكَرَمًا
wazid-hu faḍlan washarafan wakaramā
And increase him in virtue, honor, and nobility
110
حَتّىٰ تُبَلِّغَهُ أَعْلىٰ دَرَجَاتِ أَهْلِ الشَّرَفِ
ḥattā tuballighahu a`lā darajāti ahlish sharaf
Until You make him reach the highest degrees of honor
111
مِنَ النَّبِيِّينَ وَالْمُرْسَلِينَ
minan nabiyyīna walmur-salīn
Among the prophets and messengers
112
وَالْأَفَاضِلِ الْمُقَرَّبِينَ
wal-afāḍilil muqarrabīn
And the virtuous ones brought near [to You]
113
اَللّٰهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى مَنْ سَمَّيْتُ وَمَنْ لَمْ أُسَمِّ
allāhumma waṣalli `alā man sammaytu waman lam usamm
O Allah, send Your blessings upon those whom I have named and those whom I have not named
114
مِنْ مَلائِكَتِكَ وَأَنْبِيَائِكَ
min malā-ikatika wa-anbiyā-ik
From among Your angels and prophets
115
وَرُسُلِكَ وَأَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ
warusulika wa-ahli ṭā`atik
And Your messengers and the people who obey You
116
وَأَوْصِلْ صَلَوَاتِيْ إِلَيْهِمْ وَإِلَى أَرْوَاحِهِمْ
wa-awṣil ṣalawātī ilayhim wa-ilā ar-wāḥihim
And deliver my blessings to them and to their souls
117
وَاجْعَلْهُمْ إِخْوَانِيْ فِيكَ
waj`alhum ikhwānī fīk
And make them my brothers in You
118
وَأَعْوَانِيْ عَلَى دُعَائِكَ
wa-a`wānī `alā du`ā-ik
And my helpers in supplicating to You
119
اَللّٰهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَشْفِعُ بِكَ إِلَيْكَ
allāhumma innī astashfi`u bika ilayk
O Allah, I seek Your intercession with You
120
وَبِكَرَمِكَ إِلَى كَرَمِكَ
wabikaramika ilā karamik
And Your generosity to [gain] Your generosity
121
وَبِجُودِكَ إِلَى جُودِكَ
wabijūdika ilā jūdik
And Your bounty to [gain] Your bounty
122
وَبِرَحْمَتِكَ إِلَى رَحْمَتِكَ
wabiraḥmatika ilā raḥmatik
And Your mercy to [gain] Your mercy
123
وَبِأَهْلِ طَاعَتِكَ إِلَيْكَ
wabi-ahli ṭā`atika ilayk
And the people who obey You [to gain nearness] to You
124
وَأَسْأَلُكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ بِكُلِّ مَا سَأَلَكَ بِهِ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ
wa-as-aluka allāhumma bikulli mā sa-alaka bihi aḥadun minhum
And I ask You, O Allah, by everything that anyone of them has asked You
125
مِنْ مَسْأَلَةٍ شَرِيفَةٍ غَيْرِ مَرْدُودَةٍ
min mas-alatin sharīfatin ghayri mar-dūdah
By a noble request that was not rejected
126
وَبِمَا دَعَوْكَ بِهِ مِنْ دَعْوَةٍ مُجَابَةٍ غَيْرِ مُخَيَّبَةٍ
wabimā da`awka bihi min da`watin mujābatin ghayri mukhayyabah
And by what they called upon You with from invocations that were answered and not disappointed
127
يَا اَللّٰهُ يَا رَحْمٰنُ يَا رَحِيمُ
yā allāhu yā raḥmānu yā raḥīm
O Allah, O Most Compassionate, O Most Merciful
128
يَا حَلِيمُ يَا كَرِيمُ يَا عَظِيمُ
yā ḥalīmu yā karīmu yā `aẓīm
O Forbearing, O Generous, O Great
129
يَا جَلِيلُ يَا مُنِيلُ يَا جَمِيلُ
yā jalīlu yā munīlu yā jamīl
O Majestic, O Bestower, O Beautiful
130
يَا كَفِيلُ يَا وَكِيلُ يَا مُقِيلُ
yā kafīlu yā wakīlu yā muqīl
O Guarantor, O Guardian, O Pardoner
131
يَا مُجِيرُ يَا خَبِيرُ
yā mujīru yā khabīr
O Protector, O All-Aware
132
يَا مُنِيرُ يَا مُبِيرُ
yā munīru yā mubīr
O Illuminator, O Destroyer
133
يَا مَنِيعُ يَا مُدِيلُ يَا مُحِيلُ
yā manī`u yā mudīlu yā muḥīl
O Invincible, O Granter of Victory, O Transformer
134
يَا كَبِيرُ يَا قَدِيرُ يَا بَصِيرُ
yā kabīru yā qadīru yā baṣīr
O Great, O Powerful, O All-Seeing
135
يَا شَكُورُ يَا بَرُّ
yā shakūru yā barr
O Appreciative, O Benevolent
136
يَا طُهْرُ يَا طَاهِرُ
yā ṭuhru yā ṭāhir
O Pure, O Purifier
137
يَا قَاهِرُ يَا ظَاهِرُ
yā qāhiru yā ẓāhir
O Subduer, O Manifest
138
يَا بَاطِنُ يَا سَاتِرُ
yā bāṭinu yā sātir
O Hidden, O Concealer
139
يَا مُحِيطُ يَا مُقْتَدِرُ
yā muḥīṭu yā muqtadir
O Encompassing, O Powerful
140
يَا حَفِيظُ يَا مُتَجَبِّرُ
yā ḥafīẓu yā mutajabbir
O Preserver, O Compeller
141
يَا قَرِيبُ يَا وَدُودُ
yā qarību yā wadūd
O Near, O Loving
142
يَا حَمِيدُ يَا مَجِيدُ
yā ḥamīdu yā majīd
O Praiseworthy, O Glorious
143
يَا مُبْدِئُ يَا مُعِيدُ يَا شَهِيدُ
yā mubdi-u yā mu`īdu yā shahīd
O Originator, O Restorer, O Witness
144
يَا مُحْسِنُ يَا مُجْمِلُ
yā muḥsinu yā mujmil
O Benefactor, O Beautifier
145
يَا مُنْعِمُ يَا مُفْضِلُ
yā mun`imu yā mufḍil
O Bestower of Blessings, O Gracious
146
يَا قَابِضُ يَا بَاسِطُ
yā qābiḍu yā bāsiṭ
O Withholder, O Expander
147
يَا هَادِيْ يَا مُرْسِلُ
yā hādī yā mur-sil
O Guide, O Sender
148
يَا مُرْشِدُ يَا مُسَدِّدُ
yā mur-shidu yā musaddid
O Director, O Straightener
149
يَا مُعْطِيْ يَا مَانِعُ
yā mu`ṭī yā māni`
O Giver, O Preventer
150
يَا دَافِعُ يَا رَافِعُ
yā dāfi`u yā rāfi`
O Defender, O Exalter
151
يَا بَاقِيْ يَا وَاقِيْ
yā bāqī yā wāqī
O Everlasting, O Protector
152
يَا خَلَّاقُ يَا وَهَّابُ
yā khallāqu yā wahhāb
O Creator, O Bestower
153
يَا تَوَّابُ يَا فَتَّاحُ
yā tawwābu yā fattāḥ
O Acceptor of Repentance, O Opener
154
يَا نَفَّاحُ يَا مُرْتَاحُ
yā naffāḥu yā mur-tāḥ
O Generous Giver, O Reliever
155
يَا مَنْ بِيَدِهِ كُلُّ مِفْتَاحٍ
yā man biyadihi kullu miftāḥ
O One in whose hand is every key
156
يَا نَفَّاعُ يَا رَؤُوفُ يَا عَطُوفُ
yā naffā`u yā ra-ūfu yā `aṭūf
O Benefactor, O Most Kind, O Most Compassionate
157
يَا كَافِيْ يَا شَافِيْ
yā kāfī yā shāfī
O Sufficient, O Healer
158
يَا مُعَافِيْ يَا مُكَافِيْ
yā mu`āfī yā mukāfī
O Granter of Well-being, O Rewarder

يَا وَفِيُّ يَا مُهَيْمِنُ
yā wafiyyu yā muhaymin
O Faithful, O Guardian
160
يَا عَزِيزُ يَا جَبَّارُ
yā `azīzu yā jabbār
O Mighty, O Compeller
161
يَا مُتَكَبِّرُ يَا سَلامُ يَا مُؤْمِنُ
yā mutakabbiru yā salāmu yā mu-min
O Proud, O Peace, O Granter of Security
162
يَا أَحَدُ يَا صَمَدُ
yā aḥadu yā ṣamad
O One, O Eternal
163
يَا نُورُ يَا مُدَبِّرُ
yā nūru yā mudabbir
O Light, O Administrator
164
يَا فَرْدُ يَا وِتْرُ
yā far-du yā witr
O Unique, O Single
165
يَا قُدُّوسُ يَا نَاصِرُ
yā quddūsu yā nāṣir
O Holy, O Helper
166
يَا مُؤْنِسُ يَا بَاعِثُ يَا وَارِثُ
yā mu-nisu yā bā`ithu yā wārith
O Companion, O Resurrector, O Inheritor
167
يَا عَالِمُ يَا حَاكِمُ
yā `ālimu yā ḥākim
O Knower, O Judge
168
يَا بَادِيْ يَا مُتَعَالِيْ
yā bādī yā muta`ālī
O Initiator, O Exalted
169
يَا مُصَوِّرُ يَا مُسَلِّمُ يَا مُتَحَبِّبُ
yā muṣawwiru yā musallimu yā mutaḥabbib
O Fashioner, O Giver of Peace, O Loving
170
يَا قَائِمُ يَا دَائِمُ
yā qā-imu yā dā-im
O Sustainer, O Eternal
171
يَا عَلِيمُ يَا حَكِيمُ
yā `alīmu yā ḥakīm
O All-Knowing, O Wise
172
يَا جَوَادُ يَا بَارِئُ
yā jawādu yā bāri
O Generous, O Creator
173
يَا بَارُّ يَا سَارُّ
yā bārru yā sārr
O Benevolent, O Gladdener
174
يَا عَدْلُ يَا فَاصِلُ
yā `adlu yā fāṣil
O Just, O Decisive
175
يَا دَيَّانُ يَا حَنَّانُ يَا مَنَّانُ
yā dayyānu yā ḥannānu yā mannān
O Judge, O Affectionate, O Benefactor
176
يَا سَمِيعُ يَا بَدِيعُ
yā samī`u yā badī`
O All-Hearing, O Originator
177
يَا خَفِيرُ يَا مُعِينُ
yā khafīru yā mu`īn
O Protector, O Helper
178
يَا نَاشِرُ يَا غَافِرُ
yā nāshiru yā ghāfir
O Spreader, O Forgiver
179
يَا قَدِيمُ يَا مُسَهِّلُ يَا مُيَسِّرُ
yā qadīmu yā musahhilu yā muyassir
O Eternal, O Facilitator, O Easer
180
يَا مُمِيتُ يَا مُحْيِيْ
yā mumītu yā muḥyī
O Giver of Death, O Giver of Life
181
يَا نَافِعُ يَا رَازِقُ
yā nāfi`u yā rāziq
O Benefiter, O Provider
182
يَا مُقْتَدِرُ يَا مُسَبِّبُ
yā muqtadiru yā musabbib
O Capable, O Causer
183
يَا مُغِيثُ يَا مُغْنِيْ يَا مُقْنِيْ
yā mughīthu yā mughnī yā muqnī
O Rescuer, O Enricher, O Satisfier
184
يَا خَالِقُ يَا رَاصِدُ يَا وَاحِدُ
yā khāliqu yā rāṣidu yā wāḥid
O Creator, O Observer, O One
185
يَا حَاضِرُ يَا جَابِرُ
yā ḥāḍiru yā jābir
O Present, O Restorer
186
يَا حَافِظُ يَا شَدِيدُ
yā ḥāfiẓu yā shadīd
O Preserver, O Mighty
187
يَا غِيَاثُ يَا عَائِدُ يَا قَابِضُ
yā ghiyāthu yā `ā-idu yā qābiḍ
O Helper, O Returning, O Withholder
188
يَا مَنْ عَلَا فَاسْتَعْلىٰ
yā man `alā fasta`lā
O One who is exalted and rose high
189
فَكَانَ بِالْمَنْظَرِ الْأَعْلىٰ
fakāna bil manẓaril a`lā
And is in the highest viewpoint
190
يَا مَنْ قَرُبَ فَدَنَا
yā man qaruba fadanā
O One who is near and approaches
191
وَبَعُدَ فَنَأىٰ
waba`uda fana-ā
And is far and distant
192
وَعَلِمَ السِّرَّ وَأَخْفىٰ
wa`alimas sirra wa-akhfā
And knows the secret and what is more hidden
193
يَا مَنْ إِلَيْهِ التَّدْبِيرُ وَلَهُ الْمَقَادِيرُ
yā man ilayhit tadbīru walahul maqādīr
O One to whom belongs all control and predestination
194
وَيَا مَنِ الْعَسِيرُ عَلَيْهِ سَهْلٌ يَسِيرٌ
wayā manil `asīru `alayhi sahlun yasīr
And to whom the difficult is easy and simple
195
يَا مَنْ هُوَ عَلَى مَا يَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ
yā man huwa `alā mā yashā-u qadīr
O One who has power over whatever He wills
196
يَا مُرْسِلَ الرِّيَاحِ
yā mur-silar riyāḥ
O Sender of winds
197
يَا فَالِقَ الْإِصْبَاحِ
yā fāliqal iṣbāḥ
O Cleaver of the dawn
198
يَا بَاعِثَ الْأَرْوَاحِ
yā bā`ithal ar-wāḥ
O Resurrector of souls
199
يَا ذَا الْجُودِ وَالسَّمَاحِ
yā dhal jūdi was samāḥ
O Possessor of generosity and magnanimity
200
يَا رَادَّ مَا قَدْ فَاتَ
yā rādda mā qad fāt
O One who returns what has been lost
201
يَا نَاشِرَ الْأَمْوَاتِ
yā nāshiral amwāt
O Resurrector of the dead
202
يَا جَامِعَ الشَّتَاتِ
yā jāmi`ash shatāt
O Gatherer of what is scattered
203
يَا رَازِقَ مَنْ يَشَاءُ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ
yā rāziqa man yashā-u bighayri ḥisāb
O Provider for whom You will without account
204
وَيَا فَاعِلَ مَا يَشَاءُ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ
wayā fā`ila mā yashā-u kayfa yashā
And O Doer of what You will however You will
205
وَيَا ذَا الْجَلالِ وَالْإِكْرَامِ
wayā dhal jalāli wal-ikrām
O Possessor of Majesty and Honor
206
يَا حَيُّ يَا قَيُّومُ
yā ḥayyu yā qayyūm
O Ever-Living, O Self-Subsisting
207
يَا حَيًّا حِينَ لَا حَيَّ
yā ḥayyan ḥīna lā ḥayy
O Living One when there was no living being
208
يَا حَيُّ يَا مُحْيِيَ الْمَوْتىٰ
yā ḥayyu yā muḥyiyal mawtā
O Ever-Living, O Giver of life to the dead
209
يَا حَيُّ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
yā ḥayyu lā ilāha illā ant
O Ever-Living, there is no deity except You
210
بَدِيعُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ
badī`us samāwāti wal-ar-ḍ
Originator of the heavens and the earth
211
يَا إِلٰهِيْ وَسَيِّدِيْ
yā ilāhī wasayyidī
O my God and my Master
212
صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
Send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
213
وَارْحَمْ مُحَمَّدًا وَ آلَ مُحَمَّدٍ
war-ḥam muḥammadan wa āla muḥammad
And have mercy upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
214
وَبَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
wabārik `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
And bestow blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
215
كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ وَبَارَكْتَ وَرَحِمْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
kamā ṣallayta wabārakta waraḥimta `alā ibrāhīma wa āli ibrāhīm
As You sent blessings, bestowed blessings and had mercy upon Abraham and the family of Abraham
216
إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ
innaka ḥamīdun majīd
Indeed, You are Praiseworthy and Glorious
217
وَارْحَمْ ذُلِّى وَفَاقَتِيْ
war-ḥam dhullī wafāqatī
And have mercy upon my humility and my need
218
وَفَقْرِيْ وَانْفِرَادِيْ وَوَحْدَتِيْ
wafaqrī wanfirādī wawaḥdatī
And my poverty and my isolation and my loneliness
219
وَخُضُوعِيْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ
wakhuḍū`ī bayna yadayk
And my submission before You
220
وَاعْتِمَادِيْ عَلَيْكَ
wa`timādī `alayk
And my reliance upon You
221
وَتَضَرُّعِيْ إِلَيْكَ
wataḍarru`ī ilayk
And my imploring to You
222
أَدْعُوكَ دُعَاءَ الْخَاضِعِ الذَّلِيلِ
ad`ūka du`ā-al khāḍi`idh dhalīl
I call upon You with the supplication of one who is submissive and humble
223
اَلْخَاشِعِ الْخَائِفِ
al khāshi`il khā-if
Reverent and fearful
224
اَلْمُشْفِقِ الْبَائِسِ
al mushfiqil bā-is
Anxious and distressed
225
اَلْمَهِينِ الْحَقِيرِ
al mahīnil ḥaqīr
Insignificant and lowly
226
اَلْجَائِعِ الْفَقِيرِ
al jā-i`il faqīr
Hungry and poor
227
اَلْعَائِذِ الْمُسْتَجِيرِ
al `ā-idhil mustajīr
Seeking refuge and protection
228
اَلْمُقِرِّ بِذَنْبِهِ
al muqirri bidhanbih
Acknowledging his sins
229
اَلْمُسْتَغْفِرِ مِنْهُ
al mustaghfiri minh
Seeking forgiveness for them
230
اَلْمُسْتَكِينِ لِرَبِّهِ
al mustakīni lirabbih
Submitting to his Lord
231
دُعَاءَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَتْهُ ثِقَتُهُ
du`ā-a man aslamat-hu thiqatuh
The supplication of one whose confidence has abandoned him
232
وَرَفَضَتْهُ أَحِبَّتُهُ
warafaḍat-hu aḥibbatuh
And whose loved ones have rejected him
233
وَعَظُمَتْ فَجِيعَتُهُ
wa`aẓumat fajī`atuh
And whose calamity has become great
234
دُعَاءَ حَرِقٍ حَزِينٍ
du`ā-a ḥariqin ḥazīn
The supplication of one who is burning with grief
235
ضَعِيفٍ مَهِينٍ
ḍa`īfin mahīn
Weak and insignificant
236
بَائِسٍ مُسْتَكِينٍ
bā-isin mustakīn
Miserable and submissive
237
بِكَ مُسْتَجِيرٍ
bika mustajīr
Seeking Your protection
238
اَللّٰهُمَّ وَأَسْأَلُك بِأَنَّكَ مَلِيكٌ
allāhumma wa-as-aluk bi-annaka malīk
O Allah, I ask You, since You are the Sovereign
239
وَأَنَّكَ مَا تَشَاءُ مِنْ أَمْرٍ يَكُونُ
wa-annaka mā tashā-u min amrin yakūn
And whatever matter You will, it comes to be
240
وَأَنَّكَ عَلَى مَا تَشَاءُ قَدِيرٌ
wa-annaka `alā mā tashā-u qadīr
And You have power over whatever You will
241
وَأَسْأَلُك بِحُرْمَةِ هٰذَا الشَّهْرِ الْحَرَامِ
wa-as-aluk biḥur-mati hādhash shahril ḥarām
And I ask You by the sanctity of this sacred month
242
وَالْبَيْتِ الْحَرَامِ
walbaytil ḥarām
And the Sacred House
243
وَالْبَلَدِ الْحَرَامِ
walbaladil ḥarām
And the Sacred City
244
وَالرُّكْنِ وَالْمَقَامِ
war rukni walmaqām
And the Corner and the Station
245
وَالْمَشَاعِرِ الْعِظَامِ
walmashā`iril `iẓām
And the great rituals
246
وَبِحَقِّ نَبِيِّكَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ السَّلامُ
wabiḥaqqi nabiyyika muḥammadin `alayhi wa ālihis salām
And by the right of Your Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him and his family
247
يَا مَنْ وَهَبَ لِآدَمَ شَيْثًا
yā man wahaba li-ādama shaythā
O One who granted Seth to Adam
248
وَلِإِبْرَاهِيمَ إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَإِسْحَاقَ
wali-ibrāhīma ismā`īla wa-is-ḥāq
And Ishmael and Isaac to Abraham
249
وَيَا مَنْ رَدَّ يُوسُفَ عَلَى يَعْقُوبَ
wayā man radda yūsufa `alā ya`qūb
And O One who returned Joseph to Jacob
250
وَيَا مَنْ كَشَفَ بَعْدَ الْبَلاءِ ضُرَّ أَيُّوْبَ
wayā man kashafa ba`dal balā-i ḍurra ayyūb
And O One who removed the affliction from Job after his trial
251
يَا رَادَّ مُوسىٰ عَلَى أُمِّهِ
yā rādda mūsā `alā ummih
O One who returned Moses to his mother
252
وَزَائِدَ الْخِضْرِ فِيْ عِلْمِهِ
wazā-idal khiḍri fī `ilmih
And increased Khidr in his knowledge
253
وَيَا مَنْ وَهَبَ لِدَاوُدَ سُلَيْمَانَ
wayā man wahaba lidāwuda sulaymān
And O One who granted Solomon to David
254
وَلِزَكَرِيَّا يَحْيىٰ
walizakariyyā yaḥyā
And John to Zachariah
255
وَلِمَرْيَمَ عِيسىٰ
walimar-yama `īsā
And Jesus to Mary
256
يَا حَافِظَ بِنْتِ شُعَيْبٍ
yā ḥāfiẓa binti shu`ayb
O Protector of the daughter of Shuaib
257
وَيَا كَافِلَ وَلَدِ أُمِّ مُوسىٰ
wayā kāfila waladi ummi mūsā
And O Guardian of the child of Moses' mother
258
أَسْأَلُك أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
as-aluk-an tuṣalliya `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
I ask You to send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
259
وَأَنْ تَغْفِرَ لِيْ ذُنُوبِيْ كُلَّهَا
wa-an taghfira lī dhunūbī kullahā
And that You forgive all my sins
260
وَتُجِيرَنِيْ مِنْ عَذَابِكَ
watujīranī min `adhābik
And protect me from Your punishment
261
وَتُوجِبَ لِيْ رِضْوَانَكَ وَأَمَانَكَ
watūjiba lī riḍwānaka wa-amānak
And make Your pleasure, Your safety
262
وَإِحْسَانَكَ وَغُفْرَانَكَ وَجِنَانَكَ
wa-iḥsānaka waghufrānaka wajinānak
Your kindness, Your forgiveness, and Your Paradise obligatory for me
263
وَأَسْأَلُك أَنْ تَفُكَّ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ حَلْقَةٍ
wa-as-aluk-an tafukka `annī kulla ḥalqah
And I ask You to break every chain
264
بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَ مَنْ يُؤْذِينِيْ
baynī wabayna man yu-dhīnī
Between me and whoever would harm me
265
وَتَفْتَحَ لِيْ كُلَّ بَابٍ
wataftaḥa lī kulla bāb
And to open every door for me
266
وَتُلَيِّنَ لِيْ كُلَّ صَعْبٍ
watulayyina lī kulla ṣa`b
And to soften every difficulty for me
267
وَتُسَهِّلَ لِيْ كُلَّ عَسِيرٍ
watusahhila lī kulla `asīr
And to make easy every hardship for me
268
وَتُخْرِسَ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ نَاطِقٍ بِشَرٍّ
watukhrisa `annī kulla nāṭiqin bisharr
And to silence everyone who speaks evil of me
269
وَتَكُفَّ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ بَاغٍ
watakuffa `annī kulla bāgh
And to restrain every transgressor against me
270
وَتَكْبِتَ عَنِّيْ كُلَّ عَدُوٍّ لِيْ وَحَاسِدٍ
watakbita `annī kulla `aduwwin lī waḥāsid
And to suppress every enemy and envier of mine
271
وَتَمْنَعَ مِنِّي كُلَّ ظَالِمٍ
watamna`a minnī kulla ẓālim
And to prevent every oppressor from me
272
وَتَكْفِيَنِيْ كُلَّ عَائِقٍ يَحُولُ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَ حَاجَتِيْ
watakfiyanī kulla `ā-iqin yaḥūlu baynī wabayna ḥājatī
And to suffice me against every obstacle that comes between me and my need
273
وَيُحَاوِلُ أَنْ يُفَرِّقَ بَيْنِيْ وَبَيْنَ طَاعَتِكَ
wayuḥāwilu an yufarriqa baynī wabayna ṭā`atik
And attempts to separate me from Your obedience
274
وَيُثَبِّطَنِيْ عَنْ عِبَادَتِكَ
wayuthabbiṭanī `an `ibādatik
And discourages me from Your worship
275
يَا مَنْ أَلْجَمَ الْجِنَّ الْمُتَمَرِّدِيْنَ
yā man aljamal jinnal mutamarridīn
O One who bridled the rebellious jinn
276
وَقَهَرَ عُتَاةَ الشَّيَاطِينِ
waqahara `utātash shayāṭīn
And subdued the insolent devils
277
وَأَذَلَّ رِقَابَ الْمُتَجَبِّرِينَ
wa-adhalla riqābal mutajabbirīn
And humbled the necks of the tyrants
278
وَرَدَّ كَيْدَ الْمُتَسَلِّطِينَ عَنِ الْمُسْتَضْعَفِينَ
waradda kaydal mutasalliṭīna `anil mustaḍ`afīn
And repelled the plots of the oppressors from the oppressed
279
أَسْأَلُك بِقُدْرَتِكَ عَلَى مَا تَشَاءُ
as-aluk biqudratika `alā mā tashā
I ask You by Your power over whatever You will
280
وَتَسْهِيلِكَ لِمَا تَشَاءُ كَيْفَ تَشَاءُ
watas-hīlika limā tashā-u kayfa tashā
And Your making easy whatever You will however You will
281
أَنْ تَجْعَلَ قَضَاءَ حَاجَتِيْ فِيمَا تَشَاءُ
an taj`ala qaḍā-a ḥājatī fīmā tashā
That You grant the fulfillment of my need in what You will
Then, you may prostrate yourself and try to stick your cheeks to the ground, saying the following:
282
اَللّٰهُمَّ لَكَ سَجَدْتُ
allāhumma laka sajadt
O Allah, to You I have prostrated
283
وَبِكَ آمَنْتُ
wabika-āmant
And in You I have believed
284
فَارْحَمْ ذُلِّيْ وَفَاقَتِي
far-ḥam dhullī wafāqatī
So have mercy on my humility and my need
285
وَاجْتِهَادِيْ وَتَضَرُّعِي
wajtihādī wataḍarru`ī
And my striving and my imploring
286
وَمَسْكَنَتِيْ وَفَقْرِيْ إِلَيْكَ يَا رَبِّ
wamaskanatī wafaqrī ilayka yā rabb
And my destitution and my poverty before You, O Lord
You should try to shed even a single drop of tear, for this is the signal of admission.
