بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the Name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad

اَللَّهُمَّ اَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْاَمْنِ وَالْاِيـمَانِ
allāhumma ahillahu `alaynā bil amni wal-īmān
O Allah, let this (new moon) rise over us with security and faith
2
وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالْاِسْلاَمِ
was salāmati wal-islām
And with safety and Islam
3
رَبِّيْ وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
rabbī warabbukallāhu `azza wajall
My Lord and your Lord is Allah, the Mighty and Majestic
