بِسْمِ اللَّـهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
bismillāhir raḥmānir raḥīm
In the name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadin wa āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
1
وَبَلِّغْ بِإِيْمَانِيْ أَكْمَلَ الْإِيْمَانِ
waballigh bi-īmānī akmalal īmān
And let my faith reach the most perfect faith
2
وَاجْعَلْ يَقِيْنِيْ أَفْضَلَ الْيَقِيْنِ
waj`al yaqīnī afḍalal yaqīn
And make my certainty the best certainty
3
وَانْتَهِ بِنِيَّتِيْ إِلَى أَحْسَنِ النِّيَّاتِ
wantahi biniyyatī ilā aḥsanin niyyāt
And lead my intentions to the best of intentions
4
وَبِعَمَلِيْ إِلَى أَحْسَنِ الْاَعْمَالِ
wabi`amalī ilā aḥsanil a`māl
And my actions to the best of actions
5
اَللَّهُمَّ وَفِّرْ بِلُطْفِكَ نِيَّتِي
allāhumma waffir biluṭfika niyyatī
O Allah, perfect my intention through Your kindness
6
وَصَحِّحْ بِمَا عِندَكَ يَقِيْنِي
waṣaḥḥiḥ bimā `indaka yaqīnī
And strengthen my certainty with what is with You
7
وَاسْتَصْلِحْ بِقُدْرَتِكَ مَا فَسَدَ مِنِّي
wastaṣliḥ biqudratika mā fasada minnī
And correct through Your power what has been corrupted in me
8
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
9
وَاكْفِنِيْ مَا يَشْغَلُنِيْ الْاِهْتِمَامُ بِهِ
wakfinī mā yashghalunil ihtimāmu bih
And spare me from concerns that preoccupy me
10
وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ بِمَا تَسْأَلُنِيْ غَدًا عَنْهُ
wasta`milnī bimā tas-alunī ghadan `anh
And employ me in that which You will ask me about tomorrow
11
وَاسْتَفْرِغْ أَيَّامِيْ فِيمَا خَلَقْتَنِيْ لَهُ
wastafrigh ayyāmī fīmā khalaqtanī lah
And make my days occupied with that for which You created me
12
وَاَغْنِنِيْ وَأَوْسِعْ عَلَيَّ فِيْ رِزْقِكَ
wa-aghninī wa-awsi` `alayya fī rizqik
And enrich me and expand for me Your provision
13
وَلَا تَفْتِنِّيْ بِالنَّظَرِ
walā taftinnī binnaẓar
And do not test me with looking (at what others have)
14
وَأَعِزَّنِيْ وَلَا تَبْتَلِيَنِّيْ بِالْكِبْرِ
wa-a`izzanī walā tabtaliyannī bil kibr
And honor me and do not afflict me with pride
15
وَعَبِّدْنِيْ لَكَ وَلَا تُفْسِدْ عِبَادَتِيْ بِالْعُجْبِ
wa`abbidnī laka walā tufsid `ibādatī bil `ujb
And make me worship You and do not corrupt my worship with self-conceit
16
وَأَجْرِ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى يَدِيَ الْخَيْرَ
wa-ajri linnāsi `alā yadiyal khayr
And let good flow to people through my hands
17
وَلَا تَمْحَقْهُ بِالْمَنِّ
walā tamḥaqhu bil mann
And do not efface it by my reminders of generosity
18
وَهَبْ لِيْ مَعَالِيَ الْاَخْلاَقِ
wahab lī ma`āliyal akhlāq
And grant me the highest moral traits
19
وَاعْصِمْنِيْ مِنَ الْفَخْرِ
wa`ṣimnī minal fakhr
And protect me from boasting
20
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
21
وَلَا تَرْفَعْنِيْ فِيْ النَّاسِ دَرَجَةً إِلَّا حَطَطْتَنِيْ عِنْدَ نَفْسِيْ مِثْلَهَا
walā tar-fa`nī fin nāsi darajatan illā ḥaṭaṭtanī `inda nafsī mithlahā
And do not raise me a degree among people except that You lower me to the same extent in my own eyes
22
وَلَا تُحْدِثْ لِيْ عِزًّا ظَاهِرًا إِلَّا أَحْدَثْتَ لِيْ ذِلَّةً بَاطِنَةً عِندَ نَفْسِيْ بِقَدَرِهَا
walā tuḥdith lī `izzan ẓāhiran illā aḥdathta lī dhillatan bāṭinatan `inda nafsī biqadarihā
And do not create for me outward honor without creating for me an equal inner humility in myself
23
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
24
وَمَتِّعْنِيْ بِهُدًى صَالِحٍ لَا أَسْتَبْدِلُ بِهِ
wamatti`nī bihudan ṣāliḥin lā astabdilu bih
And provide me with righteous guidance that I will not exchange
25
وَطَرِيْقَةِ حَقٍّ لَا أَزِيْغُ عَنْهَا
waṭarīqati ḥaqqin lā azīghu `anhā
And a true path from which I will not deviate
26
وَنِيَّةِ رُشْدٍ لَا أَشُكُّ فِيهَا
waniyyati rushdin lā ashukku fīhā
And a pure intention in which I will not doubt
27
وَعَمِّرْنِيْ مَا كَانَ عُمْرِيْ بِذْلَةً فِيْ طَاعَتِكَ
wa`ammir-nī mā kāna `umrī bidhlatan fī ṭā`atik
And grant me a life that is spent in Your obedience
28
فَإِذَا كَانَ عُمْرِيْ مَرْتَعًا لِلشَّيْطَانِ فَاقْبِضْنِيْ إِلَيْكَ
fa-idhā kāna `umrī mar-ta`an lishhayṭāni faqbiḍnī ilayk
And when my life becomes a pasture for Satan, then take me to You
29
قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْبِقَ مَقْتُكَ إِلَيَّ
qabla an yasbiqa maqtuka ilayy
Before Your hatred overtakes me
30
أَوْ يَسْتَحْكِمَ غَضَبُكَ عَلَيَّ
aw yastaḥkima ghaḍabuka `alayy
Or Your wrath against me becomes firm
31
اَللَّهُمَّ لَا تَدَعْ خَصْلَةً تُعَابُ مِنِّيْ إِلَّا أَصْلَحْتَهَا
allāhumma lā tada` khaṣlatan tu`ābu minnī illā aṣlaḥtahā
O Allah, do not leave any blameworthy characteristic in me except that You correct it
32
وَلَا عَائِبَةً أُؤَنَّبُ بِهَا إِلَّا حَسَّنْتَهَا
walā `ā-ibatan u-annabu bihā illā ḥassantahā
Nor any fault for which I am criticized except that You improve it
33
وَلَا أُكْرُوْمَةً فِيَّ نَاقِصَةً إِلَّا أَتْمَمْتَهَا
walā ukrūmatan fiyya nāqiṣatan illā atmamtahā
Nor any deficient noble trait in me except that You complete it
34
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-āli muḥammad
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad
35
وَأَبْدِلْنِيْ مِنْ بُغْضَةِ أَهْلِ الشَّنَانِ الْمَحَبَّةَ
wa-abdilnī min bughḍati ahlish shanānil maḥabbah
And replace the animosity of the hateful with love
36
وَمِنْ حَسَدِ أَهْلِ الْبَغْيِ الْمَوَدَّةَ
wamin ḥasadi ahlil baghyil mawaddah
And the envy of the transgressors with affection
37
وَمِنْ ظِنَّةِ أَهْلِ الصَّلاَحِ الثِّقَةَ
wamin ẓinnati ahliṣ ṣalāḥith thiqah
And the suspicion of the righteous with trust
38
وَمِنْ عَدَاوَةِ الْأَدْنَيْنَ الْوَلَايَةَ
wamin `adāwatil adnaynal walāyah
And the hostility of close ones with alliance
39
وَمِنْ عُقُوْقِ ذَوِيْ الْأَرْحَامِ الْمَبَرَّةَ
wamin `uqūqi dhawil ar-ḥāmil mabarrah
And the disrespect of relatives with devotion
40
وَمِنْ خِذْلاَنِ الْأَقْرَبِيْنَ النُّصْرَةَ
wamin khidhlānil aqrabīnan nuṣrah
And the desertion of close ones with help
41
وَمِنْ حُبِّ الْمُدَارِيْنَ تَصْحِيْحَ الْمِقَةِ
wamin ḥubbil mudārīna taṣ-ḥīḥal miqah
And the flattery of associates with sincere affection
42
وَمِنْ رَدِّ الْمُلاَبِسِيْنَ كَرَمَ الْعِشْرَةِ
wamin raddil mulābisīna karamal `ishrah
And the rejection of neighbors with generous companionship
43
وَمِنْ مَرَارَةِ خَوْفِ الظَّالِمِيْنَ حَلاَوَةَ الْأَمَنَةَ
wamin marārati khawfiẓ ẓālimīna ḥalāwatal amanah
And the bitterness of fear of oppressors with the sweetness of security
44
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
45
وَاجْعَلْ لِيْ يَدًا عَلَى مَنْ ظَلَمَنِي
waj`al lī yadan `alā man ẓalamanī
And grant me power over those who oppress me
46
وَلِسَانًا عَلَى مَنْ خَاصَمَنِي
walisānan `alā man khāṣamanī
And a tongue over those who dispute with me
47
وَظَفَرًا بِمَنْ عَانَدَنِي
waẓafaran biman `ānadanī
And victory over those who stubbornly oppose me
48
وَهَبْ لِيْ مَكْرًا عَلَى مَنْ كَايَدَنِي
wahab lī makran `alā man kāyadanī
And grant me cunning against those who scheme against me
49
وَقُدْرَةً عَلَى مَنِ اضْطَهَدَنِي
waqudratan `alā maniḍṭahadanī
And power over those who persecute me
50
وَتَكْذِيْبًا لِمَنْ قَصَبَنِي
watakdhīban liman qaṣabanī
And refutation of those who accuse me falsely
51
وَسَلاَمَةً مِمَّنْ تَوَعَّدَنِي
wasalāmatan mimman tawa``adanī
And safety from those who threaten me
52
وَوَفِّقْنِيْ لِطَاعَةِ مَنْ سَدَّدَنِي
wawaffiqnī liṭā`ati man saddadanī
And grant me success in obeying those who guide me
53
وَمُتَابَعَةِ مَنْ أَرْشَدَنِي
wamutāba`ati man ar-shadanī
And in following those who direct me
54
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
55
وَسَدِّدْنِيْ لِأَنْ أُعَارِضَ مَنْ غَشَّنِيْ بِالنُّصْحِ
wasaddidnī li-an u`āriḍa man ghashhanī binnuṣ-ḥ
And direct me to counter one who deceives me with good advice
56
وَأَجْزِيَ مَنْ هَجَرَنِيْ بِالْبِرِّ
wa-ajziya man hajaranī bil birr
And to repay one who forsakes me with kindness
57
وَأُثِيْبَ مَنْ حَرَمَنِيْ بِالْبَذْلِ
wa-uthība man ḥaramanī bil badhl
And to reward one who deprives me with generosity
58
وَأُكَافِيَ مَنْ قَطَعَنِيْ بِالصِّلَةِ
wa-ukāfiya man qaṭa`anī biṣṣilah
And to recompense one who cuts me off with connection
59
وَأُخَالِفَ مَنِ اغْتَابَنِيْ إِلَى حُسْنِ الذِّكْرِ
wa-ukhālifa manightābanī ilā ḥusnidh dhikr
And to oppose one who backbites me with good mention
60
وَأَنْ أَشْكُرَ الْحَسَنَةَ
wa-an ashkural ḥasanah
And to be thankful for good deeds
61
وَأُغْضِيَ عَنِ السَّيِّئَةِ
wa-ughḍiya `anis sayyi-ah
And to ignore evil deeds
62
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
63
وَحَلِّنِيْ بِحِلْيَةِ الصَّالِحِيْنَ
waḥallinī biḥilyatiṣ ṣāliḥīn
And adorn me with the ornament of the righteous
64
وَأَلْبِسْنِيْ زِيْنَةَ الْمُتَّقِيْنَ
wa-albisnī zīnatal muttaqīn
And clothe me with the adornment of the pious
65
فِيْ بَسْطِ الْعَدْلِ
fī basṭil `adl
In spreading justice
66
وَكَظْمِ الْغَيْظِ
wakaẓmil ghayẓ
And restraining anger
67
وَإِطْفَاءِ النَّائِرَةِ
wa-iṭfā-in nā-irah
And extinguishing the flames of hatred
68
وَضَمِّ أَهْلِ الْفُرْقَةِ
waḍammi ahlil fur-qah
And bringing together those who are separated
69
وَإِصْلاَحِ ذَاتِ الْبَيْنِ
wa-iṣlāḥi dhātil bayn
And reconciling those who are in conflict
70
وَإِفْشَاءِ الْعَارِفَةِ
wa-ifshā-il `ārifah
And spreading goodness
71
وَسَتْرِ الْعَائِبَةِ
wasatril `ā-ibah
And concealing faults
72
وَلِيْنِ الْعَرِيْكَةِ
walīnil `arīkah
And gentleness of disposition
73
وَخَفْضِ الْجَنَاحِ
wakhafḍil janāḥ
And lowering the wing (of humility)
74
وَحُسْنِ السِّيْرَةِ
waḥusnis sīrah
And excellence of conduct
75
وَسُكُوْنِ الرِّيْحِ
wasukūnir rīḥ
And calmness of temperament
76
وَطِيْبِ الْمُخَالَقَةِ
waṭībil mukhālaqah
And pleasantness in behavior
77
وَالسَّبْقِ إِلَى الْفَضِيْلَةِ
was sabqi ilal faḍīlah
And being foremost in virtue
78
وَإِيْثَارِ التَّفَضُّلِ
wa-īthārit tafaḍḍul
And preferring graciousness
79
وَتَرْكِ التَّعْيِيْرِ
watar-kit ta`yīr
And abandoning condemnation
80
وَالْأِفْضَالِ عَلَى غَيْرِ الْمُسْتَحِقِّ
wal-ifḍāli `alā ghayril mustaḥiqq
And bestowing favors on the undeserving
81
وَالْقَوْلِ بِالْحَقِّ وَإِنْ عَزَّ
walqawli bil ḥaqqi wa-in `azz
And speaking the truth, even when it is difficult
82
وَاسْتِقْلاَلِ الْخَيْرِ وَإِنْ كَثُرَ مِنْ قَوْلِيْ وَفِعْلِي
wastiqlālil khayri wa-in kathura min qawlī wafi`lī
And regarding as little the good in my words and deeds, even if abundant
83
وَاسْتِكْثَارِ الشَّرِ وَإِنْ قَلَّ مِنْ قَوْلِيْ وَفِعْلِي
wastikthārish shari wa-in qalla min qawlī wafi`lī
And regarding as much the evil in my words and deeds, even if little
84
وَأَكْمِلْ ذَالِكَ لِي
wa-akmil dhālika lī
And perfect that for me
85
بِدَوَامِ الطَّاعَةِ
bidawāmiṭ ṭā`ah
Through continuing obedience
86
وَلُزُوْمِ الْجَمَاعَةِ
waluzūmil jamā`ah
And adhering to the community
87
وَرَفْضِ أَهْلِ الْبِدَعِ
warafḍi ahlil bida`
And rejecting the people of innovation
88
وَمُسْتَعْمِلِ الرَّأْيِ الْمُخْتَرَعِ
wamusta`milir ra-yil mukhtara`
And those who use opinion as innovation
89
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
90
وَاجْعَلْ أَوْسَعَ رِزْقِكَ عَلَيَّ إِذَا كَبِرْتُ
waj`al awsa`a rizqika `alayya idhā kabir-t
And make Your provision most abundant for me when I grow old
91
وَأَقْوَى قُوَّتِكَ فِيَّ إِذَا نَصِبْتُ
wa-aqwā quwwatika fiyya idhā naṣibt
And Your strength most intense in me when I am exhausted
92
وَلَا تَبْتَلِيَنِّيْ بِالْكَسَلِ عَنْ عِبَادَتِكَ
walā tabtaliyannī bil kasali `an `ibādatik
And do not afflict me with laziness in worshipping You
93
وَلَا الْعَمَى عَنْ سَبِيْلِكَ
walal `amā `an sabīlik
Nor blindness from Your path
94
وَلَا بِالتَّعَرُّضِ لِخِلاَفِ مَحَبَّتِكَ
walā bitta`arruḍi likhilāfi maḥabbatik
Nor undertaking what is contrary to Your love
95
وَلَا مُجَامَعَةِ مَنْ تَفَرَّقَ عَنْكَ
walā mujāma`ati man tafarraqa `ank
Nor association with those who separate from You
96
وَلَا مُفَارَقَةِ مَنِ اجْتَمَعَ إِلَيْكَ
walā mufāraqati manijtama`a ilayk
Nor separation from those who unite with You
97
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِيْ أَصُوْلُ بِكَ عِنْدَ الضَّرُوْرَةِ
allāhummaj`alnī aṣūlu bika `indaḍ ḍarūrah
O Allah, make me attack with You when in necessity
98
وَأَسْأَلُكَ عِنْدَ الْحَاجَةِ
wa-as-aluka `indal ḥājah
And ask You in need
99
وَأَتَضَرَّعُ إِلَيْكَ عِنْدَ الْمَسْكَنَةِ
wa-ataḍarra`u ilayka `indal maskanah
And plead to You in destitution
100
وَلَا تَفْتِنِّيْ بِالْإِسْتِعَانَةِ بِغَيْرِكَ إِذَا اضْطُرِرْتُ
walā taftinnī bil isti`ānati bighayrika idhaḍṭurir-t
And do not tempt me to seek help from other than You when I am desperate
101
وَلَا بِالْخُضُوْعِ لِسُؤَالِ غَيْرِكَ إِذَا افْتَقَرْتُ
walā bil khuḍū`i lisu-āli ghayrika idhaftaqar-t
Nor to humble myself by asking others when I am poor
102
وَلَا بِالتَّضَرُّعِ إِلَى مَنْ دُوْنَكَ إِذَارَهِبْتُ
walā bittaḍarru`i ilā man dūnaka idhārahibt
Nor to plead with those less than You when I am afraid
103
فَأَسْتَحِقُّ بِذَالِكَ خِذْلاَنَكَ وَمَنْعَكَ وَإِعْرَاضَكَ
fa-astaḥiqqu bidhālika khidhlānaka waman`aka wa-i`rāḍak
Lest I deserve Your abandonment, Your refusal, and Your turning away
104
يَا أَرْحَمَ الرَّاحَمِيْنَ
yā ar-ḥamar rāḥamīn
O Most Merciful of the merciful
105
اَللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ مَا يُلْقِيْ الشَّيْطَانُ فِيْ رَوْعِي
allāhummaj`al mā yulqish shayṭānu fī raw`ī
O Allah, make what Satan puts in my mind
106
مِنَ التَّمَنِّيْ وَالتَّظَنِّيْ وَالْحَسَدِ
minat tamannī wat taẓannī walḥasad
Of wishful thinking, suspicion, and envy
107
ذِكْرًا لِعَظَمَتِكَ
dhikran li`aẓamatik
A remembrance of Your greatness
108
وَتَفَكُّرًا فِيْ قُدْرَتِكَ
watafakkuran fī qudratik
And reflection on Your power
109
وَتَدْبِيْرًا عَلَى عَدُوِّكَ
watadbīran `alā `aduwwik
And planning against Your enemy
110
وَمَا أَجْرَى عَلَى لِسَانِيْ مِنْ لَفْظَةِ فُحْشٍ
wamā ajrā `alā lisānī min lafẓati fuḥsh
And what flows on my tongue of indecent words
111
أَوْ هُجْرٍ أَوْ شَتْمِ عِرْضٍ
aw hujrin aw shatmi `ir-ḍ
Or offensive expressions, or cursing someone's honor
112
أَوْ شَهَادَةِ بَاطِلٍ
aw shahādati bāṭil
Or false testimony
113
أَوِ اغْتِيَابِ مُؤْمِنٍ غَائِبٍ أَوْ سَبِّ حَاضِرٍ
awightiyābi mu-minin ghā-ibin aw sabbi ḥāḍir
Or backbiting a believer in absence, or insulting one present
114
أَوْ مَا أَشْبَهَ ذَالِكَ
aw mā ashbaha dhālik
Or anything similar to that
115
نُطْقًا بِالْحَمْدِ لَكَ
nuṭqan bil ḥamdi lak
Let it become an utterance of praise for You
116
وَإِغْرَاقًا فِيْ الثَّنَاءِ عَلَيْكَ
wa-ighrāqan fith thanā-i `alayk
And immersion in glorifying You
117
وَذَهَابًا فِيْ تَمْجِيْدِكَ
wadhahāban fī tamjīdik
And proceeding in magnifying You
118
وَشُكْرًا لِنِعْمَتِكَ
washukran lini`matik
And thanksgiving for Your favor
119
وَاعْتِرَافًا بِإِحْسَانِكَ
wa`tirāfan bi-iḥsānik
And acknowledgment of Your goodness
120
وَإِحْصَاءً لِمِنَنِكَ
wa-iḥṣā-an liminanik
And enumeration of Your blessings
121
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
122
وَلَا أُظْلَمَنَّ وَأَنْتَ مُطِيْقٌ لِلدَّفْعِ عَنِّي
walā uẓlamanna wa-anta muṭīqun liddaf`i `annī
Let me not be oppressed while You have the power to defend me
123
وَلَا أَظْلِمَنَّ وَأَنْتَ الْقَادِرُ عَلَى الْقَبْضِ مِنِّي
walā aẓlimanna wa-antal qādiru `alal qabḍi minnī
And let me not oppress while You have the power to restrain me
124
وَلَا أَضِلَّنَّ وَقَدْ أَمْكَنَتْكَ هِدَايَتِي
walā aḍillanna waqad amkanatka hidāyatī
And let me not go astray while You can guide me
125
وَلَا أَفْتَقِرَنَّ وَمِنْ عِنْدِكَ وُسْعِي
walā aftaqiranna wamin `indika wus`ī
And let me not become poor while my sufficiency is with You
126
وَلَا أَطْغَيَنَّ وَمِنْ عِنْدِكَ وُجْدِي
walā aṭghayanna wamin `indika wujdī
And let me not become rebellious while my wealth comes from You
127
اَللَّهُمَّ إِلَى مَغْفِرَتِكَ وَفَدْتُّ
allāhumma ilā maghfiratika wafadtt
O Allah, I have come to Your forgiveness
128
وَإِلَى عَفْوِكَ قَصَدْتُّ
wa-ilā `afwika qaṣadtt
And I have aimed for Your pardon
129
وَإِلَى تَجَاوُزِكَ اشْتَقْتُ
wa-ilā tajāwuzikashtaqt
And I have yearned for Your forbearance
130
وَبِفَضْلِكَ وَثِقْتُ
wabifaḍlika wathiqt
And I have trusted in Your favor
131
وَلَيْسَ عِنْدِيْ مَا يُوْجِبُ لِيْ مَغْفِرَتَكَ
walaysa `indī mā yūjibu lī maghfiratak
And there is nothing with me that earns me Your forgiveness
132
وَلَا فِيْ عَمَلِيْ مَا أَسْتَحِقُّ بِهِ عَفْوَكَ
walā fī `amalī mā astaḥiqqu bihi `afwak
Nor in my deeds that which deserves Your pardon
133
وَمَا لِيْ بَعْدَ أَنْ حَكَمْتُ عَلَى نَفْسِيْ إِلَّا فَضْلُكَ
wamā lī ba`da an ḥakamtu `alā nafsī illā faḍluk
And I have nothing after judging myself except Your grace
134
فَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
faṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
So send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
135
وَتَفَضَّلْ عَلَيَّ
watafaḍḍal `alayy
And be gracious to me
136
اَللَّهُمَّ وَأَنْطِقْنِيْ بِالْهُدَى
allāhumma wa-anṭiqnī bil hudā
O Allah, make me speak with guidance
137
وَأَلْهِمْنِيْ التَّقْوَى
wa-alhimnit taqwā
And inspire me with piety
138
وَوَفِّقْنِيْ لِلَّتِيْ هِيَ أَزْكَى
wawaffiqnī lillatī hiya azkā
And guide me to what is purest
139
وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ بِمَا هُوَ أَرْضَى
wasta`milnī bimā huwa ar-ḍā
And employ me in what is most pleasing to You
140
اَللَّهُمَّ اسْلُكْ بِيَ الطَّرِيْقَةَ الْمُثْلَى
allāhummasluk biyaṭ ṭarīqatal muthlā
O Allah, lead me on the most exemplary path
141
وَاجْعَلْنِيْ عَلَى مِلَّتِكَ أَمُوْتُ وَأَحْيَا
waj`alnī `alā millatika amūtu wa-aḥyā
And make me live and die on Your religion
142
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
143
وَمَتِّعْنِيْ بِالْإِقْتِصَادِ
wamatti`nī bil iqtiṣād
And grant me enjoyment through moderation
144
وَاجْعَلْنِيْ مِنْ أَهْلِ السَّدَادِ
waj`alnī min ahlis sadād
And make me among the people of rightness
145
وَمِنْ أَدِلَّةِ الرَّشَادِ
wamin adillatir rashād
And from the guides to right conduct
146
وَمِنْ صَالِحِيْ الْعِبَادِ
wamin ṣāliḥil `ibād
And from the righteous servants
147
وَارْزُقْنِيْ فَوْزَ الْمَعَادِ
war-zuqnī fawzal ma`ād
And grant me the triumph of the return (to You)
148
وَسَلاَمَةَ الْمِرْصَادِ
wasalāmatal mir-ṣād
And the safety of the watching place (on Judgment Day)
149
اَللَّهُمَّ خُذْ لِنَفْسِكَ مِنْ نَفْسِيْ مَا يُخَلِّصُهَا
allāhumma khudh linafsika min nafsī mā yukhalliṣuhā
O Allah, take for Yourself from my soul what will purify it
150
وَأَبْقِيْ لِنَفْسِيْ مِنْ نَفْسِيْ مَا يُصْلِحُهَا
wa-abqī linafsī min nafsī mā yuṣliḥuhā
And retain for my soul from my soul what will reform it
151
فَإِنَّ نَفْسِيْ هَالِكَةٌ أَوْ تَعْصِمُهَا
fa-inna nafsī hālikatun aw ta`ṣimuhā
For my soul is perishing unless You protect it
152
اَللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ عُدَّتِيْ إِنْ حَزِنْتُ
allāhumma anta `uddatī in ḥazint
O Allah, You are my preparation if I grieve
153
وَأَنْتَ مُنْتَجَعِيْ إِنْ حُرِمْتُ
wa-anta muntaja`ī in ḥurimt
And You are my resource if I am deprived
154
وَبِكَ اسْتِغَاثَتِيْ إِنْ كَرِثْتُ
wabikastighāthatī in karitht
And in You is my seeking help if I am distressed
155
وَعِنْدَكَ مِمَّا فَاتَ خَلَفٌ
wa`indaka mimmā fāta khalaf
And with You is compensation for what has passed
156
وَلِمَا فَسَدَ صَلاَحٌ
walimā fasada ṣalāḥ
And reformation for what is corrupt
157
وَفِيْمَا أَنْكَرْتَ تَغْيِيْرٌ
wafīmā ankar-ta taghyīr
And transformation for what You disapprove
158
فَامْنُنْ عَلَيَّ قَبْلَ الْبَلاَءِ بِالْعَافِيَةِ
famnun `alayya qablal balā-i bil `āfiyah
So favor me before affliction with well-being
159
وَقَبْلَ الطَّلَبِ بِالْجِدَةِ
waqablaṭ ṭalabi bil jidah
And before asking with giving
160
وَقَبْلَ الضَّلاَلِ بِالرَّشَادِ
waqablaḍ ḍalāli birrashād
And before going astray with guidance
161
وَاكْفِنِيْ مَؤُوْنَةَ مَعَرَّةِ الْعِبَادِ
wakfinī ma-ūnata ma`arratil `ibād
And spare me the burden of people's shame
162
وَهَبْ لِيْ أَمْنَ يَوْمِ الْمَعَادِ
wahab lī amna yawmil ma`ād
And grant me security on the Day of Return
163
وَامْنَحْنِيْ حُسْنَ الْاِرْشَادِ
wamnaḥnī ḥusnal ir-shād
And bestow upon me excellence of guidance
164
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
165
وَادْرَأْ عَنِّيْ بِلُطْفِكَ
wadra-`annī biluṭfik
And repel from me through Your kindness
166
وَاغْذُنِيْ بِنِعْمَتِكَ
waghdhunī bini`matik
And nourish me with Your blessing
167
وَأَصْلِحْنِيْ بِكَرَمِكَ
wa-aṣliḥnī bikaramik
And reform me through Your generosity
168
وَدَاوِنِيْ بِصُنْعِكَ
wadāwinī biṣun`ik
And heal me through Your doing
169
وَأَظِلَّنِيْ فِيْ ذَرَاكَ
wa-aẓillanī fī dharāk
And shade me in Your shelter
170
وَجَلِّلْنِيْ رِضَاكَ
wajallinī riḍāk
And wrap me in Your good pleasure
171
وَوَفِّقْنِيْ إِذَا اشْتَكَلَتْ عَلَيَّ الْأُمُوْرُ لِأَهْدَاهَا
wawaffiqnī idhashtakalat `alayyal umūru li-ahdāhā
And grant me success, when matters become confusing to me, to choose the most guided

وَإِذَا تَشَابَهَتِ الْاَعْمَالُ لِأَزْكَاهَا
wa-idhā tashābahatil a`mālu li-azkāhā
And when actions resemble each other, to the purest
173
وَإِذَا تَنَاقَضَتِ الْمِلَلُ لِأَرْضَاهَا
wa-idhā tanāqaḍatil milalu li-ar-ḍāhā
And when religious paths contradict each other, to the most pleasing to You
174
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
175
وَتَوِّجْنِيْ بِالْكِفَايَةِ
watawwijnī bil kifāyah
And crown me with sufficiency
176
وَسُمْنِيْ حُسْنَ الْوِلَايَةِ
wasumnī ḥusnal wilāyah
And place me in the best position of guardianship
177
وَهَبْ لِيْ صِدْقَ الْهِدَايَةِ
wahab lī ṣidqal hidāyah
And grant me the truth of guidance
178
وَلَا تَفْتِنِّيْ بِالسَّعَةِ
walā taftinnī bissa`ah
And do not try me with abundance
179
وَامْنَحْنِيْ حُسْنَ الدَّعَةِ
wamnaḥnī ḥusnad da`ah
And grant me the beauty of tranquility
180
وَلَا تَجْعَلْ عَيْشِيْ كَدًّا كَدًّا
walā taj`al `ayshī kaddan kaddā
And do not make my life a constant hardship
181
وَلَا تَرُدَّ دُعَائِيْ عَلَيَّ رَدًّا
walā tarudda du`ā-ī `alayya raddā
And do not reject my supplication with rejection
182
فَإِنِّيْ لَا أَجْعَلُ لَكَ ضِدًّا
fa-innī lā aj`alu laka ḍiddā
For I do not recognize any rival to You
183
وَلَا أَدْعُوْ مَعَكَ نِدًّا
walā ad`ū ma`aka niddā
And I do not call upon any equal with You
184
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
185
وَامْنَعْنِيْ مِنَ السَّرَفِ
wamna`nī minas saraf
And prevent me from extravagance
186
وَحَصِّنْ رِزْقِيْ مِنَ التَّلَفِ
waḥaṣṣin rizqī minat talaf
And protect my provision from waste
187
وَوَفِّرْ مَلَكَتِيْ بِالْبَرَكَةِ فِيْهِ
wawaffir malakatī bil barakati fīh
And increase my possessions through blessing in them
188
وَأَصِبْ بِيْ سَبِيْلَ الْهِدَايَةِ لِلْبِرِّ فِيءمَا أُنفِقُ مِنْهُ
wa-aṣib bī sabīlal hidāyati lilbirri fī-mā unfiqu minh
And guide me to the path of guidance in what I spend from it
189
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
190
وَاكْفِنِيْ مَؤُوْنَةَ الْإِكْتِسَابِ
wakfinī ma-ūnatal iktisāb
And spare me the trouble of earning
191
وَارْزُقْنِيْ مِنْ غَيْرِ احْتِسَابٍ
war-zuqnī min ghayriḥtisāb
And provide for me without reckoning
192
فَلَا أَشْتَغِلَ عَنْ عِبَادَتِكَ بِالطَّلَبِ
falā ashtaghila `an `ibādatika bilṭṭalab
So that I am not distracted from Your worship by seeking
193
وَلَا أَحْتَمِلَ إِصْرَ تَبِعَاتِ الْمَكْسَبِ
walā aḥtamila iṣra tabi`ātil maksab
And do not bear the burden of the consequences of earning
194
اَللَّهُمَّ فَأَطْلِبْنِيْ بِقُدْرَتِكَ مَا أَطْلُبُ
allāhumma fa-aṭlibnī biqudratika mā aṭlub
O Allah, grant me what I seek through Your power
195
وَأَجِرْنِيْ بِعِزَّتِكَ مِمَّا أَرْهَبُ
wa-ajir-nī bi`izzatika mimmā ar-hab
And protect me by Your might from what I fear
196
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
197
وَصُنْ وَجْهِيْ بِالْيَسَارِ
waṣun wajhī bil yasār
And preserve my dignity through prosperity
198
وَلَا تَبْتَذِلْ جَاهِيْ بِالْإِقْتَارِ
walā tabtadhil jāhī bil iqtār
And do not disgrace my status through poverty
199
فَأَسْتَرْزِقَ أَهْلَ رِزْقِكَ
fa-astar-ziqa ahla rizqik
So that I seek provision from those provided by You
200
وَأَسْتَعْطِيَ شِرَارَ خَلْقِكَ
wa-asta`ṭiya shirāra khalqik
And ask for grants from the worst of Your creation
201
فَأَفْتَتِنَ بِحَمْدِ مَنْ أَعْطَانِي
fa-aftatina biḥamdi man a`ṭānī
Then I would be tempted to praise those who give me
202
وَأُبْتَلَى بِذَمِّ مَنْ مَنَعَنِي
wa-ubtalā bidhammi man mana`anī
And be tested with blaming those who deny me
203
وَأَنْتَ مِنْ دُوْنِهِمْ وَلِيُّ الْإِعْطَاءِ وَالْمَنْعِ
wa-anta min dūnihim waliyyul i`ṭā-i walman`
While You alone, not they, are the Master of giving and denying
204
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
205
وَارْزُقْنِيْ صِحَّةً فِيْ عِبَادَةٍ
war-zuqnī ṣiḥḥatan fī `ibādah
And grant me health in worship
206
وَفَرَاغًا فِيْ زَهَادَةٍ
wafarāghan fī zahādah
And leisure in piety
207
وَعِلْمًا فِيْ اسْتِعْمَالٍ
wa`ilman fisti`māl
And knowledge in practice
208
وَوَرَعًا فِيْ إِجْمَالٍ
wawara`an fī ijmāl
And moderation in wisdom
209
اَللَّهُمَّ اخْتِمْ بِعَفْوِكَ أَجَلِي
allāhummakhtim bi`afwika ajalī
O Allah, seal my term with Your pardon
210
وَحَقِّقْ فِيْ رَجَاءِ رَحْمَتِكَ أَمَلِي
waḥaqqiq fī rajā-i raḥmatika amalī
And confirm my hope in expecting Your mercy
211
وَسَهِّلْ إِلَى بُلُوْغِ رِضَاكَ سُبُلِي
wasahhil ilā bulūghi riḍāka subulī
And facilitate my paths to reach Your pleasure
212
وَحَسِّنْ فِيْ جَمِيْعِ أَحْوَالِيْ عَمَلِي
waḥassin fī jamī`i aḥwālī `amalī
And make my actions beautiful in all my states
213
اَللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma ṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
214
وَنَبِّهْنِيْ لِذِكْرِكَ فِيْ أَوْقَاتِ الْغَفْلَةِ
wanabbihnī lidhikrika fī awqātil ghaflah
And awaken me to Your remembrance in times of negligence
215
وَاسْتَعْمِلْنِيْ بِطَاعَتِكَ فِيْ أَيَّامِ الْمُهْلَةِ
wasta`milnī biṭā`atika fī ayyāmil muhlah
And employ me in Your obedience during the days of respite
216
وَانْهَجْ لِيْ إِلَى مَحَبَّتِكَ سَبِيْلًا سَهْلَةً
wanhaj lī ilā maḥabbatika sabīlan sahlah
And open for me an easy path to Your love
217
أَكْمِلْ لِيْ بِهَا خَيْرَ الدُّنْيَا وَالْأٰخِرَةِ
akmil lī bihā khayrad dunyā wal-ākhirah
Complete for me through it the good of this world and the hereafter
218
اَللَّهُمَّ وَصَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَّ آلِهِ
allāhumma waṣalli `alā muḥammadiw wa-ālih
O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and his family
219
كَأَفْضَلِ مَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى أَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ قَبْلَهُ
ka-afḍali mā ṣallayta `alā aḥadin min khalqika qablah
Like the best of what You have blessed anyone of Your creation before him
220
وَأَنْتَ مُصَلٍّ عَلَى أَحَدٍ بَعْدَهُ
wa-anta muṣallin `alā aḥadin ba`dah
And what You will bless anyone after him
221
وَ آتِنَا فِيْ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَّفِيْ الْأٰخِرَةِ حَسَنَةً
wa ātinā fid dunyā ḥasanataw wafil ākhirati ḥasanah
And give us good in this world and good in the hereafter
222
وَقِنِيْ بِرَحْمَتِكَ عَذَابَ النَّارِ
waqinī biraḥmatika `adhāban nār
And protect me by Your mercy from the punishment of the Fire
